That was the best place to stay in Tam Coc. We took a bike at the hotel to see around and realised it was the best location, facilities and vibes for those looking for great views of the rocks and rice fields right from the room window, tranquility, cleanliness and friendly staff. We mostly used Google translator to communicate with the family and they were very nice to help us with all we needed. A tip for breakfast, there is no menu but you can directly ask the cooking lady to make something you want, like an omelet or pancake or soup. A tip for the room, 3 bungalows in front of the swimming pool have both, a fantastic view to the fields and nice and cozy patios to fully enjoy it 😊

Very lovely surrounds, the homestay was a bit more rural than we expected but the scenery was lovely and our hosts were very kind and willing to drive us into Tam Coc for a small fee. The communication was great via whatsapp, we were able to organise a driver to take us to some popular locations around the area. The breakfasts were yummy, despite a slight language barrier when it came to working out what we were having. The pool was lovely, payment was easy and uncomplicated. The dog was very cute :)

Perhaps a system where guests can be offered different breakfast options the night before would be good to make this process smoother. A bit of noise overnight from local farms/houses nearby.

The pool and scenery were great. Peaceful rural Vietnamese life surrounds you. This villa style homestay is very bright because it is out in the open and not shrouded by trees, cliffs, and damp. The hosting family were engaged and aimed to please. It was great to use the free bicycles and explore the back roads and trails of Tam Coc each day and then return for a swim, a beer, and a meal. It is an easy 10-minute bicycle ride to Tam Coc or eat at the homestay by the tastefully lit poolside. Eat, cycle, swim, drink, east, sleep, repeat.

I would recommend that the hosts offer a Vietnamese breakfast instead of a western style breakfast. Travellers should consider using a light if they wish to ride or walk into town at night.

Great place where you can go with eyes shut! The surrounding is awesome with beautiful views on mountains and rice fields. The owners is a very friend family and would make their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The sort of place you arrive for 2 days and stay one week (that was our case! :) They also were very kind to accept to keep our bikes in their garage for a few days while we were traveling by train elsewhere.

Some loss in translation but no big deal, just make sure that what you want to ask or say is well understood.

The location is amazing. While it is a little bit outside of Tam Coc, you are surrounded by beautiful landscapes that you can go explore at anytime using the free bicycles available. It's so relaxing. There is a lovely pool and the rooms are clean and spacious. They also rent motorbikes which is very useful to get to Tran An and around.

We had a slight communication issue in the morning over the transfer to Tam Coc so just make sure everything is clear with the hosts.

wow! I had the best 8 nights here staying in one of the bungalows. could literally walk outside my door and straight into the pool. the location is just stunning - immersed in the rice paddies with massive rock formations. free bikes to get you into town. great wifi and air con. very clean. lovely hosts - not much English but can make it work. would highly recommend

Very nice homestay, comfortable and well equipped, including a pool. A perfect location in the middle of rice fields, at 20 minutes walking from Tam Coc. The couple in charge of the homestay is very friendly, even if not always easy to communicate (no English or French at all). The three bungalows alongside the pool are the best rooms. A perfect place to rest and to discover Tam Coc area.

Breakfast is minimalist.

We've had a wonderful stay! The bungalow, garden and pool are really clean. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice soft bed. The owners are kind and helpful. They arranged a comfortable transfer from our previous hotel to the homestay. The homestay is located in quiet place, surrounded by ricefields. The city center is 5 minutes by bicycle, which are provided for free. Would definitely recommend this place!
