The bungalow was very quiet despite being next to the restaurant bar 'la Lumière'. The massages offered are not very expensive and of very good quality. A perfect moment of relaxation. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Speaking English and French. We didn't use the bikes provided as we did everything on foot. The hotel is very well located. And we had a very good duck with passion fruit sauce in the restaurant. I'd recommend it!

TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm Vietnamese born abroad! Loan is one of the sweetest people I've met and such a delight to have a conversation with! Amazing friendly energy and she made me feel so much at home! She and her staff went out of their way to accommodate us, asked us what we like to eat and customised our meals to deliver us an authentic Vietnamese experience that reminded me of the meals that I have with my family!(with locally picked veggies, crab and fish that she caught herself!). Her kindness and love brought tears to my eyes! This whole experience will fondly stay in my heart forever! Thank you so much!!

If there is one thing, I would say that most bikes were quite old and not all as smooth to cycle with, HOWEVER, they were all free for guests to use so in that sense I was more than happy that they were there! My brother got a flat tire and they came to pick it up and deliver another bike for us in no time. Like I said: top notch customer service!!

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute minute walk into Tam Coc village, so easy access to bars, restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, we felt welcome the minute we arrived; they helped arrange transport from Hanoi Airport and for our onward journey. Our room was very spacious with a large verandah overlooking the river and the mountains. The restaurant did a great breakfast (plenty of choice) and we enjoyed a lovely evening meal (plenty of options for non-meat eaters and vegetarians). Overall a fantastic 3 nights at Chez Loan... highly recommended.

This place was our accommodation for night at tam coc, ninh binh. We looked for something basic for one night but this stay was amazing. Spacious banglo room, very clean and nice pool area. Located few minutes walking to the center near many restaurants and bars. Staff is amazing, gave us free beverages for the way as we left early though breakfast was not included.

Nice family run place, with French/Vietnamese owners. So it’s convenient for you to speak french too. The hotel has 2 buildings, one older one with the restaurant and one newer one with the pool. They are connected at the back by two very cute bridges over a river and facing a fascinating rock. Don’t skip the back side! We chose a bungalow in the newer part with balcony on the river. The bungalows are practical and good. Loan, the Vietnamese owner, can really help you with tour bookings. Free bikes to use, short

The bungalows can perhaps use some tlc. Get rid of the shower curtain and check the shower itself. On our balcony was a full ashtray from the former guests, nobody cleaned it while we were there. The bikes were too low for us Dutchies, even with the saddles up high.

The professionalism of the whole team. You’ll feel directly at home. Loan will give you all required tips to organise your trip. The staff is really kind and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet place a bit outside of the city center. The breakfast is very good , good value for money. If you’ll come to Ming Bing I strongly advise to stay chez Loan!

Loan,who runs the hotel, does it with love and pride,even making us eggs and waffles himself for the great breakfast buffet! Our bungalow was beautifully furnished, right by the pool which was very comfortable.The bungalows overlooking the river have lovely views.The hotel is located in a quiet place,just 5 minutes bicycle ride from the centre,and with lots of places to ride in nature

Excellent oriental food for dinner, very helpful staff. Spacious rooms with a soul. Local restaurant ("La Lumiere") makes great latte. Great place for starting trips around

It’s quiet and you can get a good rest. It’s located at a walking distance from the center, 10-15min walk. Even though I stayed only for 1 night, I was upgraded to a bigger room and when I checked out the reception offered me a small gift as a thank you
