The room was great. We had a balcony room which would have given amazing views if it wasn’t for the cloud (obviously can’t be controlled). The staff were nice and helpful when it came to advice for Fansipan. It was located away from the main streets which was nice as it was a bit quieter but still very convenient for everything.

The breakfast room was freezing, the staff were wearing coats and the door kept getting left open. It also had open panels at the top. In summer it would be amazing but not great in January as it was cold and it meant my food got cold quickly. I accidentally broke the conditioner bottle because it wasn’t pumping and so when I tried to get conditioner I unfortunately dropped it trying to make it work. They wanted to charge 250,000 dong (about £9). I refused and fortunately they didn’t charge so just be careful of any accidental damage.

The two bedroom villa was at the highest floor just beside the pool. The rooms are big and there is a mountain/city view. The clean room and big toilet was a plus. The friendly staff was able to help with attractions tickets like alpine coaster and fansipan. The breakfast is wonderful especially the noodles soup. Will recommend others to stay there. Picture of view when cloudy and clear on two different days. Thanks Trang and her colleague for your advice and buying of tickets during our stay.

No direct lift to room and if rain will need umbrella to get to room. Only 1 bathroom.

I will definitely give this hotel good feedback. Because this hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. Especially this woman staff working in the reception. I want to book a bus ticket from Hanoi to Hai Phong but during the lunar new year. The ticket was sold out. But she is really considerate and suggests me to use the grab and tell me the right taxi price in Vietnam to avoid me overcharge because I am a foreigner.

I hope this hotel can provide some hard pillow to your customer.

We loved our stay in Sapa at Sapa Soleil Hotel. Situated in an ideal location within the town for easy walking to shops and restaurants. Our room had an amazing view of Fansipan and the mountains. The staff were so nice and helpful. Always smiling and good English. We went on a trek organised by the hotel to a local village. Was educational and enjoyable. The walk down to and through the valley was very scenic. Hotel is quite new and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good too with substantial amount of choices. Overall we loved our stay here and enjoyed Sapa. Seven, who works at the hotel, was very helpful, polite and enjoyable company.

The location was good. It was near the restaurants and souvenir shops. It was easily accessible by walking and via Grab Car/Taxi. The staff were fairly conversant in English. They were very accommodating and friendly. We arrived earlier than our check-in time. They allowed us to freshen up on the second floor. We booked 2 family rooms for 7 pax. The room was spacious and clean. The wifi connection was good. The swimming pool had a magnificent view of Sa Pa.

The mattresses were a little too stiff for my liking. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner were not refilled. But all in all, my friends and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is exceptional. One of the best I have ever stayed at. Rooms clean, large, and modern. It has an interesting vibe as it’s relatively small so has that charm but still manages to capture the class that comes with bigger hotel chains. Feels like you’re staying in a Hilton that’s been shrunk down in size. The staff are amazing. Super friendly and helpful. I wanted to go up Mount Fansipan which I heard is a waste of money if the weather is bad, but you often can’t tell until you’re up there. The hotel receptionist knew someone on the mountain and called him to check, so I knew it was clear. That’s over and above service. The rooftop infinity pool is a standout. One of the most beautiful pools I have seen. A great way to end the day or chill after a tough trek. Location is great. Sapa in general is busy and touristy but the street this is on is slightly less hectic while still being close to the center. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Not a negative but one thing to note is the basic rooms in this hotel don’t have windows, so if you want windows book the Superior Room. That’s what I did. You can’t see much from the windows though so if you want a view get a room with a balcony. The hotel is exceptional value for money anyway so it’s probably worth the expense.

Good central location in town. Quite newly opened and everything looked fresh and clean Buffet breakfast choices were varied and good quality. This was served in the top floor restaurant with a good view towards the mountains on the other side of the valley Staff were very friendly and keen to do a good job and be helpful. I wish them well Left luggage was left safe overnight while I did a hike ...laundry was also efficiently done. TV in room was useful because I could access netflix account to watch some films

There were a couple of minor things. Because it is so new there was still some minor works going on in the building, which meant sometimes during the day there was the sound of drilling. The lifts worked fine but seemed to 'ping' each time they opened on a floor and this was very audible at all times in my room on floor 3. Finally...soaps etc were well provided in own bathroom but in the public bathrooms eg near reception and next to restaurant there was no soap ...that needs to be sorted.

Very nice hotel, but check your booking: there are rooms without any windows due to the location at the hill.

Early check in was not available although I discussed this with the staff before hand. Late check out also not agreed. Staff told me they were fully booked, but on booking all rooms were shown as available. Staff help to get lost belongings we forgot in the room, but did not inform us actively. Seems strange, because we left the hotel very late at 5 pm this day because of the night train. Breakfast buffet was more Chinese style but not really demanded by any other even the Asian guests. Refilling on buffet for cafe or toast worked only after pushing the staff. Did not really understand English.

Location is on main street in Sapa... that's good or bad depending on whether you like the ease of getting food or massage or souvenirs vs you dislike the noise that comes with high traffic roads. Service of hotel is very good. Trang and Sinh are very helpful and friendly! Breakfast is pretty good for me but selections don't vary so if you stay more than 2 nights you may get a little bored with selections. View from the mountain facing rooms would have been awesome i am thinking, if only i can see them :). But as the mist were pretty bad during my trip, i didn't get to see much.

Food selections at breakfast could have more variety especially have some Sapa local food which would allow visitors to try more food originating from the various ethic tribes in Sapa area.

Luxury right in the heart of Sapa! Beautiful new hotel with gorgeous amenities and rooms. One of the comfiest beds we’ve slept in, and balcony to overlook the hustle and bustle of Sapa’s Main Street. Consistent with other hotels, parking for our motorbike was almost non existent due to the narrow footpath and constant activity on this road. A truly beautiful outdoor swimming pool in the rooftop, but too cold to enjoy. Restaurant where breakfast is served has a great view overlooking the mountains. Breakfast was good, but did lack pastries and a sweets section that others usually have.

There were a couple of reasons we didn’t give this five star, both hopefully easy to fix so it can achieve perfection. 1. The lift bell rang CONSTANTLY! Not just when it reached or stopped on our floor but it could also be heard for other floors. This literally drove us mad as it was ringing ALL the time. 2. Wifi was terrible and continually dropping out and not able to use the smart tv or its applications as it couldn’t connect
