Very cozy hotel. Hotel is right in the center of SaPa. Got top floor room with amazing view to town and mountains. Super lovely personnel. Most helpful people I’ve ever met. Got us tickets to Fansipan, so we won’t need to stay in line, told us what should we see around. Accidentally left our passports in hotels safe-box and they sent them back to HaNoi so we could continue our trip. Big thumbs up for Jenny! Wish we stayed more days, I hope we come back.

We recently stayed at the Eden Boutique Hotel in Sapa during the winter season, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Miss Trang and her team welcomed us with exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. 🏡 The hotel’s location is ideal, with a halal restaurant conveniently located just in front of the property. The breakfast served at the hotel was equally delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring Sapa. Miss Trang went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and enjoyable. She helped us purchase tickets to popular attractions like Cat Cat Village and the Alpine Coaster, arranged for transportation via Grab or taxi, and even suggested taking a motorcycle to Cat Cat Village to enhance our journey, given the construction along the way. She also helped us secure tickets for the Train and cable car to Fansipan Mountain, making the experience even more special. Her recommendations turned our visit into a truly memorable and unique adventure. We wholeheartedly recommend Eden Boutique Hotel to all travelers, especially Muslim guests, as the nearby halal food options are not only convenient but also wonderfully flavorful. A perfect stay—100% recommended! 💯

Great location just a few steps from the main area meaning it was quiet at night and easy to get to everything during the day. We walked everywhere around town and it really was so close to everything. I can’t thank the staff especially trang enough for everything she did for us. They were lovely helpful answered every question organised tickets organised tours, offered to help even if we were out, welcomed us back when we returned. The interest in our activities was genuine and they are genuinely lovely people. Included breakfast was delicious and they cooked to order as well.

There are some works next to the hotel starting 7:30 but we were informed once we checked in before anything. Works will end soon once the other hotel is finished but not works during the night. You are in SAPA to go out for trekking so not disturbing that much

The staff were super friendly and helpful!! They helped me book my tickets to Fansipan. Helped me with a taxi to the pharmacy when I wasn't feeling well. Always with a smile. The room itself was amazing. Loved the look and feel. It was so comfortable. The bathroom had a claw foot bathtub, and I really wanted to get it in, but I was always cold because of the weather. It was very spacious, and it was great value for money as a solo traveller. The hotel is within walking distance to Sun Plaza and the main area of Sapa. There is a shortcut that gets you there even faster, albeit it's a bit of a climb, but it's a great time saver. There is also a small convenience store a few meters away, and you can get your basic necessities. Breakfast is available. Simple and good. Definitely recommend.

It was such a treat to arrive on a cold misty evening to the warm Eden Boutique Hotel. A friendly arrival from the front desk and my bag taken to my room, I was greeted by a gorgeous clean room, double bed with lovely sheets and the most amazing free standing gold sequined bath tub! If the fog had cleared it would’ve been an amazing view too. They let me extend another night for the same price no bother and made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveller. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Sa Pa! Great location too. Also AMAZING breakfast! Lovely fresh hot omelette cooked immediately in front of you at breakfast

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage while we went on a two day trek, and on the day of our check out my partner was not feeling well, so they extended our check out to 12:00 free of charge. They were also welcoming of him spending the day sat in the cozy lobby, and even brought him a hot tea. The staff really made the experience, however, the hotel is also in a great location close to the center, yet quiet at night so no problem getting a good night sleep. The rooms themselves are nicely furnished and the breakfast was limited in range, but tasty nonetheless. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Sapa.

I love everything about this hotel. As for muslim, this hotel is near to all 4 halal restaurants that available in SaPa. It also close by to the Sun Plaza Station. Only 5mins walk. The rooms are spacious, clean and complete. All the facilities and amenities are available. U can ask the hotel to make an arrangement for your stay. For example, airport transfers, alpine coaster ride, logistics transportation, and all the ride to the fansipan peak. As for me who brings along my parents, it is very comfortable and hassle free stay. All the hotel staff are very helpful and nice.

Booked for a night, a rest at the end of a very intresting Vietnam Motorcycle Tours from Hanoi, via Mu Cang Chau. Great hotel, recently renovated, has a cosy feel, staff were very helpful, breakfast had a good range of choices. Our 5th floor room did give us some view. some staff have perfect English, other a bit less. I have no Vietnamese....so they are better than me☺️ Loved that it was just a couple of turns away from the busy centre, restaurant coffees shops on the way. yes uphill... the whole of Sapa is downhill/uphill, plenty of taxi drivers in case it is a problem. we like to walk and easily went up to Fansipan Legend for the cable car, discovered a quaint vegan restaurant on the walk back.

nothing. a small suggestion, paint on balconies could be freshened up.. it shows when looking over at the brand new ones installed by the hotel to the right.

We liked our stay in this so lovely and colorful hotel😻 . It is super clean, super hospitable and comfortable, beds are very comfy with high level textile and clean. Room is big and has nice balcony with lovely view on mountain. Location is very good and 2 min from restaurants and city centre (which is noisy) but our place was quiet. Breakfast was fool, European style with local fruits and even pancakes. I also liked very nice decorations in the room and lobby, so welcoming and enjoying atmosphere 😻👌🏻 Miss Trang was incredible host and tour provider who helped to book tickets online and arrange transport. Look how beautiful it is from the photos.
