The hotel itself offers so much to explore, with plenty of Instagrammable areas throughout. The view of the mountains is simply breathtaking. The breakfast area is particularly inviting, boasting spectacular mountain views that will leave you in awe. As for the rooms, they are incredibly spacious, providing more than enough space for comfort. The hotel's unique styling exudes a retreat vibe, making it a truly memorable stay.

When we arrived at the hotel on March 5th, there was construction along the road, making it seem impossible to cross. They offered options - either to stay and receive a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room or to receive a refund. However, we chose to stay at the hotel because we were so tired from the 12-hour trip.

We recently spent a few nights at this hotel, and our experience was pleasant. Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that we had been given complimentary room upgrades to the top floor. The view from our room was nothing short of breathtaking, with a stunning panorama of Sapa and the rice fields. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained facilities that added to our comfort. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options. The reception staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. They provided us with detailed maps of the local area and helped us organise our travel plans. In addition the location was very close to Cat Cat village and the Sun Plaza for Fansipan Point. Overall, we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable experience.

This location is a bit far if you are planning to walk to Ta Van village, apart from that there is nothing bad to note.

We reserved for 2 rooms, one for three persons, one for two persons. Upon arrival, we were provided with one big room with 2 bedrooms, told that the rooms reserved already taken/full. Despite the size of the room, it didn't corespond with what we reserved for, not to mentioned it was without a nice view. However, the staff reacted quite nicely and quickly, and offered us an upgrade triple room to a family room, with a nice view, which is the main reason for which we chose this hotel. - staffs are very helpful and very friendly. - breakfast good variety

The location is very good, nearest to Cat Cat Village and also Sunworld Station. The moment you walk out there are eateries, massage places and shopping. The hotel is tastefully decorated with amazing artwork. The breakfast place has a nice view of Fansipan Peak and even the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful including the reception and porters. Breakfast had a great variety and fresh food served. The room was super nice with a balcony. We had a very relaxing 3N at the hotel.

There’s a road construction going on right in front of the hotel, but that’s not in their control. It’s job that’s needed to improve the town.

The staffs are welcoming when guests arrived and helpful as much they can but could be more empatized (unsure was it due to language barrier). Anyway, grateful when we requested room changed, it was done immediately. The location is walking distance to restaurants and coffee house. It has great views too!

There is always something not working in one of the bedrooms' bathroom. We changed bedrooms due to loud knocking noises from 830pm onwards, we thought the knocking can go away but it stays for quite a while that I requested changed of room. In the first room, in one of the bathroom's heater is not working, and it happened in the second room too. Also for our baggage we waited for 20-30mins, only to realized they were sent to the room next to ours. There is no lift on the other side of the building, so if you have elderly, you might miss the great mountain view.

We stayed here 4 nights with our 3 teenagers. The location was picturesque and perfect for exploring the diversity of SaPa. The accommodation is only 1 km from Cat Cat Village and positioned in the most stunning area of SaPa. The staff were brilliant and starting the day with a diverse choice of food at the buffet was a big plus with our 3 teenage children. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in SaPa.

Incredible views of the valley - although the room description is 'a balcony room', this is in fact the walk way outside the room. Breakfast was good, again with beautiful views. The room was comfortable with a nice bathroom.

The rooms are quite exposed to the hotel walkways so people tend to look in when the curtains are open during the day - felt I tended to have them closed! We also had a lot of rain during the stay so the steps and walkways were pretty waterlogged.

The rooms were nice with great view to valley and city. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They helped us with tours we were interested as well treated with hot tea when I got cold.

Breakfast was in the premises where all windows were open. Since it is very cold outside in the morning you have to eat with jackets and you are still cold. The top three flours do not have elevator thus if you are sensitive to that it is better to ask for rooms at floors 1-7. The street is under construction thus the car is not able to pick from hotel door and it requires some walk.

- The view from the room and the hotel terraces is absolutely breathtaking. - The style of the hotel is beautiful, it is an incredible building that was decorated with taste. Honestly feels like a 4-star hotel. There are terraces where you sit and enjoy the view in a quiet environment, you can even get a drink from the hotel bar. - The location is very good, in a more quiet street but just 5 minutes walk from the centre. As it can get very loud in the centre (loud music and lot of traffic), we were so glad we stayed where we did. - All the staff was really nice and helpful. - We booked a trekking tour through the hotel and had a great experience for a good price with a local guide. Also had good experience with the reservation of the shuttle to return to Hanoi.

- No fridge and no safe in the room. - The air in the room felt very humid, to the point where our bedcovers felt a bit damp - it would be nice to provide a dehumidifier in the rooms. - Curtains and walls were a bit dirty and would need some cleaning. - Mattress was a bit too hard for us. - Breakfast was good, but not varied and could be improved.
