Lovely, friendly and accommodating staff. Large rooms, good buffet breakfast and two pools. Veet helpful holding on to our bags and allowing us to use facilties after check out. The welcome drink was delicious!

Slow lifts, some issues with checking in and a very firm bed. Rain shower in the room was broken and there was quite a lot of hallway noise. Spa needed payment in cash. Cocktails were quite small for the price. Lower pool was full of kids and the sky pool was full of Instagramers...

This is my second visit to Pistachio Hotel this year. My first stay was in May 2024 with friends, and I was so impressed that I decided to return in November with my boyfriend to celebrate our birthdays. The hotel made our stay special by providing a birthday cake and upgrading our room. What truly stood out to me was the exceptional service from the staff, especially the lady at reception who handled our check-in and check-out. She was incredibly polite and even gave me a cute souvenir at departure—thank you so much; we absolutely loved it! The room was spotless, and the breakfast offered a delightful mix of international and traditional Vietnamese dishes, all of which were delicious. This stay exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return to Sapa and stay at Pistachio Hotel again!

The early check in was very much appreciated. Room was super spacious, views were magnificent! It was in an excellent location, short walking distance from the town but still felt serene. The best thing was the service. From the moment we came and the moment we left, everyone was very kind and attentive but never overbearing. The facilities are also excellent if you're looking for a bit more of a stay cation (which we kind of were because we were on our honeymoon and didn't want to do too much activities outside). They had 2 swimming pools, a passable gym, spa facilities, a restaurant, a rooftop bar and karaoke rooms. All in all, best choice and highly recommended especially for couples on their honeymoon :)

I booked the room with the mountain view, and it makes you feel like you are in a mystical cloud haven. This hotel's biggest perk for solo travellers is its proximity to Sapa station. Just a stone's throw away, you can easily walk around the centre without worrying about expensive taxis. Exploring Sapa itself is a breeze too. Motorbikes are readily available for hire near the Sapa station, allowing you the freedom to explore the city centre at your own pace.

The Pistachio Hotel leans towards a luxurious experience, so if you're on a tight budget, it might be worth exploring some options.

The hotel is very well located and facilities are great. The staff is friendly and helpful, they try their best to respond to our needs. We had a spacious room giving a magnificent view on the mountain, room cleaned twice a day if needed. The breakfast buffet is nice enough overall, combining both European and Asian food. I especially appreciated the Pho which is very tasteful and well seasoned. The staff was also very thoughtful, they left a us note in the room about the weather forecast. We had a great stay there !

It would be great if there was a set of chairs and coffee table on the balcony to enjoy the view 😊

The breakfast has variety of options and tasty, every morning you can find some new meals. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean. Room is big. Beds are really comfortable, there is all necessary things in the room. Pools are nice and clean. There is free wi-fi in the room. There is balcony with amazing view. Room is well decorated. They provide welcome drinks(cinnamon tea and that’s good). I recommend you this hotel it’s really worth it!

There aren’t any chairs or banch in the balcony, it would be nice to sit there and have some rest with a nice view of mountains. Pools close so early at 7 p.m.

The hotel welcome you with nice local cinnamon and ho ey tea. Since our train arrived early, they allowed us to freshen up and shower at the pool common area with clean towels provided. Breakfast spread was exceptional! Though initially stated on booking.com that they provide halal food - however there was none available. However the vegetable options are food and the chef made us pho vegetable out of his curteosy ☺️ Lastly they gave us a goodbye pack with pastry and fruits for our train journey back to Hanoi. Generally was a pleasant stay! Will definitely come back again

Amazing hotel with mesmerising mountains view! Room was clean, stylish and cosy, all facilities were good. We liked breakfast at hotel restaurant - big choice of European and Asian food. There were two swimming pools: inside and on rooftop, that's cool, because of fast changing weather. Highly recommend to visit SPA (make reservation in advance!) - they provide wide range of services as baths and massages. Location is good too, just 5 minute walk to Sapa station. P.S. many thanks for receptionist, she allowed us to check-in 3 hours earlier free of charge. It was a salvation, because we got completely wet after Fansipan walk.

conveniently located near to Sa pa station! We had the opportunity to be served by Anh when we checked in. We arrived at 430 am in the morning and he was able to upgrade us to another room with early check in of course at a fee. We were happy to take it. I was also able to be served by Chau- who was very helpful with providing lots of tourist information and recommendations to my group and I. She also assisted with helping us to book our transport for our day trip as well as our sa pa - hanoi transfer. She takes the extra mile to ensure that we as tourists are taken care of :) So thankful! We love the rooms, it was clean and the view from our room was great. Breakfast was a good spread! We will definitely come back again. We were not able to say bye to Chau but she was very kind and left us a bag of keychains and charms as a farewell gift:) that really made us feel very warmed.

The operation hours of the Gym and pool should be extended and not just limited to 7 am - 7pm. Would be nice if the karaoke rooms are available for use.

Lovely hotel with a really gorgeous and comfy room which had a stunning view. The facilities were nice and the karaoke room was really good fun. All the staff were lovely and happy to help at anytime. It was my birthday during the stay and they brought to the room a complimentary birthday cake which was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. Thank you!

The restaurant at dinner had zero atmosphere. We asked if they could put on some background music like they do at breakfast but that was denied. The food we got was really nice but a small portion so ordered a pizza which took ~45 minutes to come and it was not worth the wait.
