I get to check in early FOC at 10.30am. Kevin at the reception was so nice and really helpful, he even gave me free breakfast buffet but I only ate fruits and vegetables as I am a muslim and they dont serve halal meat. The girl at the reception (sorry forgot to ask her name) was also nice. Both of them can speak English. Btw I book a female dorm, and I was the only one in there so I get the whole space for myself. A great spot in Sapa, 5 minutes walk to Sunworld. Also near to cat cat village, I just walked there 1.5km (pls make sure u are a fit person). Kevin also helped me to rent a motorbike. However, the hotel was nice, clean, comfortable and thank you Kevin and the girl for your professional service. I will definitely check in here if I come to Sapa again.

The receptionists Jenny and Gon were very competent, friendly and professional. They helped me with a smile and even booked my bus 🚌 ticket to Ninh Binh. I would highly recommend Azure SAPA Hotel to anyone who is in need of accommodation. You won't get better value for your money. I've liked everything

The room I stayed in was bigger than expected. Kevin, the concierge, was so very pleasant and helpful . He easily explained all the facilities available, including a delicious buffet style breakfast. Kevin arra nge ticket for the bus to go to Halong Bay for me. He also helped fully arrange all the taxis I needed and gave helpful advice. I found all the staff pleasant. I would really recommend this place for travellers going to Sapa, Vietnam..

Nothing to dislike tall everything was great

The property is in a fantastic location and we had booked a room with a Mountain View which was amazing. The room was so spacious and comfortable and extremely clean. The room was cleaned every day, bins changed and new towels everyday. The breakfast was very tasty. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and even booked our sleeper bus to Tam Coc for us. Highly reccomend this hotel for anyone staying in Sapa. We liked it so much that we extended our stay by another night.

ا I am Hassan from Iraq. I visited the hotel and did not expect such a welcome and attention from the staff...especially Mr Khải . He was incredibly loyal and helpful, as were the rest of the staff. Everything in the hotel is good, cleanliness and service, especially breakfast, which was delicious and varied. I hope to repeat the experience again. I recommend choosing the hotel

Great place, close to the main streets but not in a noisy street. Staff was very kind and helpfull, left the lagguage over night when we were in a Mama tour, no extra charge. Big and clean rooms, with great view (took the mountain view room). They have a very cozy sports bar with pool table (looks closed but we just turned the lights on and played)

The breakfast was a bit to asian for us, but there are enough other options.

We booked connecting rooms and both rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is a good sized one with all you need. Super well located, just two streets away from the main station on the quieter side.

It’s not down to this hotel but most hotels in Vietnam ask for a 3% up charge when paying by card. I refused and managed to pay the rooms without the up charge. Breakfast was a bit limited.

Really loved this hotel. Great location as it’s close to the Center of everything yet set back down a quiet road. Kevin who worked behind reception was really helpful and kind throughout my stay, also helped with giving me directions, places to visit and even sorted the hire of motorbike for me. Hotel and room were very clean and had one of the best views out of my balcony in the whole of Vietnam. Will definitely stay here next time.

The property was a very short walking distance from everything we needed in Sapa. It is in the center, yet you cannot hear noise from the busy street inside the room(we were only one floor above ground). It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were kind and attentive, they helped us with everything we needed, from booking tours (which leave the hotel itself) to doing laundry.

The walls between the rooms are relatively thin. You may hear things from other rooms. It is not always a problem, usually it’s quiet, but there were times when it bothered us.

I had a great stay at Azure Hotel. The beds were comfortable, good duvet. The receptionist let me check in 6 hours early which was a life saver. They also gave me free bowl of pho which was very much appreciated. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, I think they did a great job. Would stay here again.
