Came around 10 pm and had to check out around 4 am, so I had a short stay in this hotel. Facilities were lovely, room was spotlessly clean, looked very new, and modern. A bit of sound from ac I was there, but I have reduced it to minimum because of the noise. It’s a bit far from airport, but I don’t regret staying in this property. Everything I needed was there. Upon check in I have mentioned to staff about my early morning departure and asked if possible to arrange a take away breakfast for me, something simple. Since I would not be physically there because of my early departure. In the morning receptionist girl gave me a big bag with lovely wrapped sandwiches, there was a yogurt, protein bar, juice and water, muffin and fruits. I was very touched. You made my day. I worked in Conrad Rangali Island in the beginning of my career so was happy to see staff who do their best - an extra mile for their custommers. Thank you to reception team and f&b team for this late night extra work done for me. And well done.

It's a very nice hotel, rooms are very good, very tasty breakfast with a variety of foods to choose for different taste, all in all definitely goes in line with what you expect from Hilton Hamptons

I didn't like the place it's located in, it's in some industrial district, quite far from the center of the city, the taxi is cheap though, so it's an option, but next time I would probably choose a place closer to the historic center or Kazimierz, I believe this hotel might be good for some corporate events/venues, nonetheless it definitely on a higher end of the price/quality ratio

* we came to a worship concert that took place in Tauron Arena, and it's only 8 minutes' walk from the hotel * it's also about 10 minutes on foot to the nearest tram stop that can take you to the old town * very friendly and helpful staff * very clean rooms - towels had been changed every day even without asking for it * really nice choice of food for breakfast, I think everyone could find something for themselves * it's not busy and loud area, rooms are quiet as well

During our 3 nights stay, we didn't find anything that we could not like. Everything was great and at the high level.

We could have Breakfast only on Day-2 and they had packed us Breakfast for Day-1 as we had a early morning tour departure. That was nice of the Staff. Breakfast was good with a good range and interesting variety. But sharp 10.00AM they just close the entry to the buffet area which was quite stern and unusual for us - since in India the concept of accommodating the customer a little here and there is always a norm. Anyways that was just an observation.

Location is a little away....from transport points. The walkway is also a little secluded and we may not want to walk there in later hours. We have to take a Uber/Taxi otherwise. But this may not be a complaint, but an observation on the Location.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely professional and always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends

There wasn’t a refrigerator in the hotel room. I booked a tour of Auschwitz through the hotel but the tour was booked with a tour company that doesn’t do tours to Auschwitz anymore. Maybe there is some room for improvement in internal communications.

The hotel is clean. I enjoyed the breakfast as it gave a great variety of food. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff was not overly polite but they were pleasant.

The location of the hotel is a little bit remote and if planning to use public transport it takes some time to get to the nearest tram stop. The room was a bit cold and no option to increase the temperature more than 24. Also we had only one blanket and I was waking up during the night because it was cold. Also, they charge 50 EUR deposit for damage - I haven't experienced that in any other hotel before. I have been told it is refundable tho. Plus, you need to pay separately for parking even if you are staying at the hotel - also a bit unusual.

The hotel is in walking distance from the Tauron Arena and just few minutes driving distance from the city center. The room was extra clean with a small water boiler, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. The bathroom was big enough and well equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, body lotion, conditioner, etc). The breakfast was very delicious and there was a wide selection of food (different types of baked goods, cereals, fried eggs, black pudding, tomato beans, pastries, vegetables, waffles, fruit juice, coffee made from freshly grounded coffee beans and many more.)

The parking place seems to be a public parking place, and there was a concert in the Arena. So even if paying the more hundreds of zloty for the room, we had to hunt for a parking place. But I guess it is not an issue when there is no event in the Arena.

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel and this is a nice hotel and definitely would recommend. - Rooms were large (compared to EU standards) and good facilities were provided. - Breakfast spread was nice with scrambled eggs, veggies, buns, croissants, salad etc and we specially enjoyed their homemade plain cake!! This was delicious... - This is connected to Double Tree by Hilton and has a atm for emergency cash requirement. - There is a bar/cafe/snacks which is open almost 24x7 and serves were good coffee with fresh popcorn :)

1) The location of hotel is a bit in the interior ( next to golf ground/forest area) with no nearby shops/restuarants. But this was not a problem for us as we were spending most of the evening time at the City Centre which was just a 10min drive in taxi. 2) We asked the hotel reception staff if they provided anything special/complimentary for our anniversary for which we were at the hotel, but they said they did not provide anything. Maybe even something small can always make the customers happy!

Short walking to the tram station, 9-10 stop to the Old Town, the Wawel, and other attractions. The hotel is not so big, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent. We would choose again Hampton, we liked to stay there.

The double bed is not so big, I think. The extra bed was a bit worn and didn't seem very stable. The train runs next to the hotel, sometimes it is loud.We don't like big pillows and double quilts. I think the parking system is strange a bit, it's inexplicable why the parking fee cannot pay at the reception.

Spacy room, decoration, amenities in room, bathroom, value for money for period we visited vs other hotels, early booked, breakfast buffet, peaceful, no needed prepayment, relatively close to public transportation

Although bathroom looking great and clean, we had an unpleasant smell of urine, taxi not showed up 2 times after reservation from concierge. Luckily, we had alternative solutions. No slippers, no fridge in the room. Functional hair dryer, however, with no hot air. 3,4klms from stara miesto. Almost an hour walking.
