Complimentary bicycles, waters/coffee/soda, parking. Walking distance to everything. Pool was never crowded and decent size. Price was reasonable for Naples

Small balcony, $30 upgrade per night, but happy to have one as only very few. Not on beach but close enough to get to. Not a typical resort I usually enjoy but for the price I didn't expect resort amenities. It was perfect for my husband, daughter and I for a relaxing vacation.

The room was well presented. The standard of furnishings was good. Breakfast had a decent choice and was served by friendly attentive staff. Bar was well stocked. Having suffered a broken leg 2 days prior to my visit , the staff went out of their way to help me. Free selections of coffees, teas, papers, computers/Web access in reception. Pool looked well decorated and presented (I didnt visit) it had loungers available throughout the day

There was a lot of noise one night from a drunken guest. Whilst it was not the hotels fault, it took their security team a while to solve the issue once reported.

The location was good, beds were very comfortable and enjoyed the little balcony we ended up with. We loved that you could get drinks and food at the pool, great spot to swim and sunbathe it was very relaxing. Staff we encountered were very friendly.

Rooms were kind of run of the mill, mid level. Not the cleanest and most updated hotel rooms, but I wouldn’t say they were dirty either. Nice new TVs though.

Shuttle would have to liked to stay later at the beach to see sunset but stopped running at 5..,next restaurant was good but would have been nice to have cafe coffee desert place for light eating

Hotel with a good location ideal for family trips

The pool area was a bit small, and the last night there was an incident, the hotel's fire alarms went off and we had to be evacuated early in the morning. The hotel team did not give any information about the incident.

Beautiful Hotel. Great Location. Entire staff was great! Nice pool. Michael was so polite and friendly, he made sure we had everything we needed , towels, food and beverages. Having a shuttle to the beach was great! Even provided us with beach chairs, towels and water. Our stay included a wonderful breakfast conveniently located in Shula’s.

I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan . It makes a difference in keeping Humidity away and bad smells. For The price I paid room and after Staying at so many Hampton inn hotels ( by Hilton) , I expected it to be the same . Also no breakfast included which was disappointing.

The staff are super friendly and nice. It was walking distance to Clam Pass Beach. Unlimited water bottles at the front desk. Free coffee and hot chocolate at all times unlimited. Free shuttle to the beach if you don’t want to walk. Don Shula restaurant was inside the hotel and the food was delicious.

I liked everything

The hotel was excellent! Nice size room. Everything very clean and well maintained. Friendly and very helpful staff. Complementary beach chair and towels were great. Can't beat the location.

Comfortable and well located. Very clean.

The swimming pool was no duly attended (as in a Hilton normally is) and the man that suppose to be for bringing snacks and sodas was very rude. Initially they intended to invoice a room rate higher to the we one agreed via booking.com. Finally they rectified it.
