Breakfast buffet was excellent but more than we needed, hence more expensive than we would have liked. Dinner menu and our selections were very good

Would have preferred a room with a window outdoors instead of on the poolside atrium

The desk clerk put me in a lower level room close the elevator so I could take my dog out quickly. There was never wait for an elevator. Also, gal at the font desk got me scissors to remove a label visible on my scarf.

Easy check in friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quinton at the front desk helped with my questions at check in. Very personable and professional mannerism.

One of the towels in the bathroom had a stain and it was not replaced

I am not satisfied with the customer service of the people in the Lobi, the cookies they give you when you arrive are delicious. The bed is very comfortable but the pillows could be higher so you don't have to use two at the same time.

Excellent location for the Purpose of this trip. Clean. Nice restaurant and bar. Great Breakfast. Comfortable bed. Huge TV. There is a little walking path nearby around a pond. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby . Easy access to hwy 100 and 395

Really nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful reception staff around. Nice and comfortable suite, with an excellent bed.

The hotel was clean and smelled very nice. The room was very pleasant.

Nothing major, but they knew I had dogs and had me up on the 13th floor, so pottying them was an adventure

Would have been nice to have received at least a grab and go breakfast for our early morning departure.

I didn't like the balcony being inside the property they dont make that clear when you book and the maid was being rude because I asked for a couple things. The microwave had to be brought up and put in the room because they forgot it.

Staff was friendly and nice facility!

The air quality in our room wasn't the greatest. There was a fan in closet to use but it was way too stuffy in toom to sleep that night.
