The hotel is new, Stylish, clean, well equipped. We’ve got upgraded and with an additional bed without any charge. All the staff are nice and helpful. When we arrived, Sofia showed us around and introduced all facilities to us. Nicholas also helped book the entry passes of mont magic for our family. Rodrigo suggested a few nice cities to us when he knew we were about to visit France after our trip to Andorra. The lady who worked in the restaurant (sorry that I forgot to ask her name) and served breakfast was super attentive and friendly. Our overall experience in this hotel was exceptional. I would certainly recommend it to anyone without reservation.

Lovely views from the property, quite spacious and recently refurbished in a mountain style. We enjoyed the breakfasts, bar area and outside space which had plenty of comfortable seating and nice views. All the staff were lovely and very personable.

Our kids didn’t like the wifi, they considered it really slow (it wasn’t about 5mps in our room) so gaming wasn’t possible. Given it was summer the car park seemed expensive compared to street parking (€20 vs €5 per day). Parking on street was plentiful but you had to remember to buy tickets. I would have happily paid for hotel parking at a slightly lower rate. We didn’t see anyone using the hotel car park either.

Great service and breakfast. The people in the reception and in the restaurants were super nice - 10/10 for the hotel staff. Really great service - after complaining that our room is facing the street, they upgraded us immediately. ! I loved the spa - in august was almost empty which was great! The food in the bar was really good.

In the rooms there is no aircon which was disappointing. We wanted to escape from the heat in barcelona, and it didn't work. The restaurant is pricey and the quality not so impressive. The food in the bar much better. Not our room are facing the mountain. No free parking.

Beautiful in 2023 newly refurbished hotel right at the foot of the beginners ski slopes. The staff and service were EXCEPTIONAL. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Nothing was too much. They even went to the pharmacy downtown to buy us blister plasters:) We spent Christmas at Serras Andorra and the food was absolutely amazing. Both the vegetarian and regular menu. Really beautiful!

If we have to say one thing we didn’t “like” perhaps that it was a bit too warm in the hotel, especially in the restaurant and in the rooms.

Super nice and friendly staff. Spa was wonderful and big, have hours for adults only which was great. Breakfast was super tasty. Stunning location with beautiful nature around. King size bed was super comfy and room was nice!

First night we got a different room than what we booked (no balcony, no view, third bed very uncomfortable) and were not offered compensation. Seemed to be problems in the kitchen (bug in drink, hair in fruit salad, repeated mistakes in order), however, they were very nice and generous.

very relaxing atmosphere, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was extremely good, the boot room and lift transfer was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The room was spacious warm with lovely views.

The Spa was very nice and children were allowed to use between 11am-6pm which is fine but it was treated like a playground and potentially dangerous.

What an amazing stay we have had! 5stars plus. From the moment we stepped in to a moment we’ve left- we felt warm and cosy like being at HOME! All staff works above and beyond to make sure that your holiday is at the top, and have everything and everyone to hand whenever you need it with a smile on their faces. I cannot praise enough the staff at the kids club, what an amazing girls they are. Thank you for looking after little boy and making him very comfy, he loved every minute being at the club. Spa facilities are great, with a warmest pool that I have been to in ages. Spotless. Breakfast is nice, good choice of food and if you are that picky there is a freshly cooked option as well. They have on-site Skiing school that is Great to have, and the most helpful teacher we’ve had ( Marcos, you are a Star ) All and All we’ve had a Superb stay, thank you to All and hopefully see you all Next Year 😊 x

Love the ski to door the children had a great time the school and the instructor was great with kids and so patient with them

Their was one staff member in the restaurant who was rude but the problem with that staff was solved when i reach to the reception and told them about what happened

Hello! For the first time were in Andorra and are very glad to have chosen this hotel! Excellent location, excellent staff, we travel a lot and I can assure you that the staff of this hotel is incredible, we were delighted ! The hotel has a private slope where you can learn to ski for beginners and it is wonderful!! Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday and we will no doubt return again !!!

The location of the hotel was wonderful. The best thing about this property was the staff. Everyone was very well trained, personable, friendly, and eager to help with anything we needed. Bruna restaurant has excellent food and a knowledgeable wait staff. Breakfast was very good. There was enough variety and hot menu items came within minutes or being ordered. The terrace was sunny, bright and comfortable. We had two spa treatments, which were simply fabulous. We liked this smaller hotel, which was family friendly but quiet at the same time. It was great to have a private ski slope right on the property and free of charge.

Regarding the hotel room itself, ours was on the 5th floor and the room became very hot in the night. We had to sleep with the balcony door open.
