The location was facing the Jindabyne lake and had an amazing view that you could sit there all day. Very comfortable sofas, dining chairs, board games, pool table, food ball board and a library. Rooms were clean and we tidied every day. We went during off season with less guests and hence the kitchen wasn’t around. However most restaurants and breweries were just a few minutes away. Loved the place and stay

The location is close to town, a short walk there or quick drive down. Very clean, staff did a good job keeping our room refreshed. Premium Room was nice. Booked in the off season so it was dead quiet which we like. We like the common area with games, tvs, a bar, cafe, and plenty of seating for the winter when breakfast is served(might have to come back for winter). We like that there is a shared balcony as well for people to enjoy while having a drink.

Didn't like The TV's, they are outdated and half the channels did not work even after troubleshooting. Smart TV's with subscription channels in the rooms would be amazing. Better Wi-Fi connection. I was unable to connect my devices to the main Wi-Fi Router and the ext 5G did not work half the time. Beds were ok but did give us sore backs after the first night, more supportive mattresses would be good.

Great bed. Clean room. Very quiet - it's on a hill, 1.3km from town. The top floor is the lounge and restaurant/dining area with truly panoramic views across the lake. The restaurant was closed, but we were graciously welcomed to enjoy our drinks and meal (bought in town) up there, using their crockery etc. Easy to book in - key was in an envelope beside the check-in. The only staff member we met was very accommodating and friendly. A great place to stay. Thanks.

Check in was seamless. Room was very clean and comfortable. Close to town and walking distance to brewery. Quiet. Great location. Staff did a great job considering I only saw one person

Curtains looked a little overdue for replacement. View out back not great, but view out front made up for it. Maybe too quiet! Felt like I was there on my own. Shame bar and restaurant wasn't open but they did apologise for that due to lack of staff

Room had been recently renovated, the hotel is close to a number of places we wanted to visit and had a good view over the lake. Breakfast and dinner were not an option because it was the off-season.

The toilet at the base had a leak and water was on the floor. I streamed Netflix using the hotel's wi-fi after we returned from dinner. A couple of drop-outs, but satifactory.

Restaurant and bar onsite with fireplace in a communal lounge area. Was light on for patrons, so was very quiet due to end of season. Short Drive or walk to shops but the accommodation was very self sufficient and the rooms are cosy. Being at the end of town towards the ski fields theres no town traffic to get through. Plenty of onsite parking. A good stay and friendly staff.

If you are on the 1st Floor, there's only stairs to walk up, will be an issue for some, especially with heavy bags.

It was a good location for us for mountain walking and lovely view of the lake from the restaurant balcony. Very quiet in November but enough for us to do over a couple of days stay. Because it's a quiet time the restaurant is not open. Also worth saying that it only opens in July/August.

There was no wardrobe or drawers in our room which seemed quite odd!? There were coat hooks and it wasn't really an issue. Overall a good place to stay.

Room was super clean and fresh. Perfect for an overnight stay while doing a couple of days of skiing at Perisher. Enough space to hang ski gear and dry it all while we headed into Jindabyne for dinner. King bed was soo comfortable, we had a great sleep!

Not a dislike, more a recommendation to the manager - we had 5 guests in our room but only 2 mags, cups etc.

Great location. Fantastic facilities. The host was very attentive and sideways available for our needs. Comfortable bed and overall great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again. Tesla recharges were really handy for us and so much appreciated.

Add more sensor lighting at the steps near the carpark.

Excellent breakfast with a lovely room and view over lake. Comfortable beds. Nice staff. Good showers. Quiet location though a bit away from shops and restaurants. They do have their own Thai restaurant on the premises for dinners, but we didn’t eat there.

Price was high ($320/room) but competitive with other venues in the middle of the ski season. (Was half the price of the rooms we rented at Thredbo the previous night).
