From the friendly welcome and comprehensive introduction to the property till the genuine farewell, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit. It was good having our own kitchen with all facilities and the location opposite the Seaacres rainforest reserve and access to the Shelly beach to lighthouse coastal walk ticked all the boxes. The Seaacres reserve has a fantastic, boardwalk through the trees, a superb cafe and gift shop and is just across the road from Beachport B&B. I don't think I paid enough attention to the front door auto-lock instructions. It is very convenient but make sure you listen to Paul carefully when he instruct you. A great system.

It was so well set up we couldn't fault it nor would we want to because of the attention to detail put in by the hosts.

A good variety of thoughtful breakfast options were provided by our host, Paul. He contacted us ahead of our arrival to advise about checking in and on arrival provided useful information about what to do in the area. Paul also suggested some dining options, one being the Whalebone Wharf restaurant. We had a lovely lunch there and would also recommend. Beachport B&B is very close to the Sea Acres National Park and short drive to the Koala Hospital. Both attractions are worth the visit.

Located an easy 5-minute drive from the centre of Port Macquarie, the B&B is a self-contained suite on the ground floor of Paul and Trish’s home. We stayed in a spacious room with a super comfortable Queen bed with an ensuite and a basic kitchenette. There was a washing machine and access to a small garden with outdoor seating. Paul is a really helpful host and has stocked the kitchen with continental breakfast provisions - milk, juice, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, bread, jams, tea and coffee. This is a good budget option for a stay at Port Macquarie if you have your own wheels.

The breakfast food selection provided was delicious. Loved the variety. You could not ask for more. No trouble to get more when supply was running low. Sitting out on the verandah was also a highlight. Everything was spotless, it felt like a 5 star motel, with a homely feeling.

There was nothing not to like. Very relaxing. Your privacy was always respected. You could come and go anytime. Short distance to the main town. The area was very quiet, no street noises at all.

Paul was an amazing host! He made us feel welcome and comfortable. The BnB was exceptionally clean and I really appreciated the hospitality and facilities my family and I had access to. What a wonderful BnB, central to all of Port Macquarie in a beautiful location. My family and I will be booking here again! Paul was so friendly and helpful and he offered us a five star service.

I cannot fault anything !

The property is situated away from the busyness of shops. Although on a busy road, parking was off road and in a secure situation. I was in a room with a queen bed and an outside courtyard, I really liked this feature as I was able to sit outside and read. It was also not far to walk to Harry's lookout, with its stunning views of the beach and ocean. It also did not take too long to walk to Shelley's Beach. I did not have time to explore the rainforest area opposite. Maybe on another visit.The continental breakfast provided was plentiful, with a lot of choice. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here.

Hospitality was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have asked for any better. Lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable, and everything provided. Paul and his wife made sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. Thank you to you both. 🙂 Highly recommend this place.

Lovely and spacious, host very welcoming on arrival, gave us a tour and explained how everything works and then left us to relax and do our own thing

I traveled with two elderly women and one found the lovely mat beside the bed a bit slippery when getting out of bed, but once removed, everything was perfect.

How well we were looked after the rooms are fantastic Paul the host was great very helpful. Breakfast was excellent all fresh and renewed each day bed was top class 5 star stay a 4 class accommodation We recommend Beachport to others .All top-class thanks Paul.

Great to have breakfast included and a variety of choices. Loved having Sea Acres across the road, lots of bird life and walk to Shelly Beach and take away shop. Sitting in the private courtyard with a cuppa was lovely.

A fruit knife would be helpful.
