Room was very clean and posh. They were huge and beds were so comfortable. The pillows were too soft but foam pillow combinations would have been better for those who need variations from feather pillows.

1. Would have liked to have a microwave oven for heating up, it was a pain not able to heat up our foods or milk. 2. The pool did not look appealing as there was lime deposit all over the steps and looked ugly. 3. There was no shade or umbrellas at the pool as the sun was too hot by 10am till late evening. 4. Need clear markings for the depth for safety as there were no coloured tiles to indicate the depth variation. This is important as the pool is small and one can easily end up on the deeper side.

Room was clean & comfortable, liked that the car park was downstairs and reasonable rates, Metro was across the road and 3 minutes to Barangaroo & 6 to Gadigal stn in the city for shows etc. Late at night Metro was very safe lots of security around and only a 10 minute wait between trains. We always eat lunch at The Firehouse which was only a few minutes walk. St Leonards park was only a short walk away so easy to catch up with family who had children so they could run and play.Also liked the coffee machine that also dispensed hot water.

Bathroom lighting was very low, very hard to fill water for coffee machine, not enough sugar & coffee in room. Lounge chair felt like springs were going.

Very friendly staff on the reception desk. We had a very nice room with a very comfortable bed. Very good shower. Green tea is supplied which was great. There is a bus very close by that goes straight to the city or further up Miller Street which was handy for us. The hotel supplied us with umbrellas on the day that it rained.

We weren't told about the wifi and there was nowhere in the room that gave instructions. I guess we could have called reception and asked. One night we were woken by voices down on the ground floor in the courtyard - the sound carries and is very loud. But the other nights were fine.

The location was amazing, we came down for my husband’s cancer surgery the next day and wanted to have a nice night beforehand. The room was large and quiet. The bed was amazing, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed in. Pillows were a bit soft but nothing changed my views on how comfy it was. It’s a shame check in was at 3 cause as we had to leave at 5.30am we didn’t get to enjoy the room a lot. Highly recommend!

It was cold the air con was not on when we arrived and it took awhile to warm the room up, unfortunately the outdoor pool was just down the corridor and someone kept opening the door so the gusting wind kept flowing down the corridor into the rooms, but once we got the air con right we were ok. Pillows were soft but ok.

Room was spacious, bed was so comfy, AC was great. Great location, within walking distance of a bus stop (15min to Darling Harbour) as well as a shopping centre and metro station. Staff were so, so lovely. Sadly because of the weather I couldn't use the pool, but it looked fantastic.

Check-in took a long time as there was only one person at reception and the queue got long. However, the staff serving me were so nice and friendly I couldn't fault them. The toilet flush button was broken, luckily it happened on the last night. One of the bathroom towels had hair on it before I arrived and didn't seem washed.

Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Great curtains that blocked out the light. Excellent location - accessible to train station, easy walk to Mater hospital and ride share and taxis available at any time. Staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. Loved the "Rag and Famish" pub just round the corner, for a pie and a beer on a cold night.

Be aware that this area of town is very quiet on weekends, so not many eateries or shops are open at that time. Be prepared to venture further away for a meal or order something in if you don't like pub cuisine.

The room was lovely and spacious and had everything we needed. Didnt spend alot of time there. Location is walking to everything you need. Cleanliness was second to none.

The room was great, the pillows are super soft that when you lay on them they are flat. They only have 3 on a king size bed so even doubling them up wasnt an option. I didnt like that I paid an upgrade of over $115 to have a sofa bed in your room and then had to pay another $50 per night to use the sofa bed. My own fault for not reading the very small fine print!! Ended up being quite expensive in the end.

It was an excellent room and very spacious - I was actually surprised by how much space we had! The bathroom was also big and spacious, and the water pressure was great (which isn’t always the case for hotels, right?). We liked the modern facilities and design of the hotel, and loved how central it was to Sydney. It was easy and accessible to reach via public transport. As we were there for the Taylor Swift concert, we were thrilled to find we were on floor 13 (iykyk) so that detail made the stay special! Check in and check out was easy, we liked the various snacks and drinks for the mini bar and found the prices fair and affordable (as there isn’t a convenience store super close by).

Check in and check out simple and easy. We had a couple of issues arise with the internet and TV but the staff did everything they could to assist and complemented with a bottle of wine. Clean and comfortable rooms that are spacious. Safe to store valuables and hanging space in wardrobe. Mini bar excellent and quiet well working fridge. Bathroom facilities were excellent.

Difficult to locate parking garage and very tight spaces to park your car. King size bed was made up of 2 single beds, we kept falling into the gap created. Couldn’t get our laundry done as it was a Saturday and wouldn’t be able to get it back before check out, despite advertising 24hour turn around times.

large spacious room, large comfy double bed, enormous bathroom, beatiful tiles, beautiful finishings, decent sized wardrobe. very punctual with the wake up call and very much appreciated the follow up call the first night.

room was driectly over a very busy road, bathroom was very dark with only a few very faint bulbs, shower head had quite a lot of calcium build up and looked quite cheap by comparison. it was also smaller than i was expecting. also lack of a shower screen door meant all the water spilled out of the shower, even despite the drain.
