Staff were pleasant and respected and responded to our need for a quiet room. We had a river view room. (Not sure of noise level on other side of accommodation which faced the railway station)City was approx 3 kms away, West End ( great restaurants) 2.5 km away and ferry less than 1 km away. We walked everywhere. Also provided delivery of groceries from Cole’s.

A coffee plunger in room would have been good. This was no big deal as I brought my own after contacting the accommodation regarding a plunger.

Great space to stay, lovely pool area with hot tub, sauna, steam room, and BBQ area. The kitchen had everything you needed and the staff were very friendly. A number of great places to eat nearby.

The apartment (mostly the bedroom) wasn't particularly clean, lots of dust. It was quite far away from the city, and it took around 40 minutes to walk. Possibly a disadvantage of the apartment we had, but as it was on the side of the train station, it was quite noisy until late and early in the morning. The WiFi wasn't very good, possibly again, because we were on the 19th floor.

I was happy with everything in the hotel.

I was very disappointed that parking wasn’t included, the carpark was half-three quarters empty so there was no reason to make it difficult nor so expensive. This added another nearly $80 to my booking. The reception staffer also tried to insist parking was free on the street all weekend, it absolutely was not (across from the hotel it stated ‘2 Hours all other times’ which means 2 hours maximum. I could have been charged heavily if a parking inspector went by, and so I think staff should be better informed of what Brisbane parking signs mean.

Location as always is excellent. Close to the station, bus to the city and the rivercat.

Have stayed at the Milton about 4 times and have to say the dryers they have installed are just a lot of trouble. Drying of clothes is not their strong point and this has been in every unit I have stayed in. Time to replace with something that works.

I had dinners and meetings all in Milton. This position was perfect. I could walk to all my locations and there are plenty of Cafes and restaurants around. I always take my own wifi so I can't comment on that but the room was fantastic, view and location were great. Staff were helpful and I could leave my car in their secure parking even though I had checked out.

I was a bit confused where to go when I first arrived. I had to find a park and walk in.

The room was really well laid out, very clean and refreshing! The location was WONDERFUL with the train station right outside and the taxi/uber pick up zone 5 metres from the door. Very easy to relax in the beautiful pool, spa, sauna section.

We couldn't fault it. All amenities were thought of and catered for, with extra thought given. Our TV was slightly flickery but the reception team took the feedback in their stride and went to work to fix it right away.

We loved the view, the lifts were fast, staff were friendly, overall great vibe. Trendy location, 5 minute walk to the city cat, 50cents and 5 minutes later your at southbank. The social cafe across the road from the milton was great for brekki, excellent coffee.

We just noticed a few things that needed attention. The bathroom needed a good deep clean/touch up. The carpet needs restretching/replacing as it was loose and had stains.

location to rail link very close and other shops eg 7/11 some bars and fast food . the room was very moddern and had everythig including washing machine and drier .

the sheets in the bed wrere not made as the sheets where not covering matress and were scrunched under the dooner , the doona was just pulled over. bed pillows smelt like a smoker had sleped in the bed.I Didnt complain as we when tired after our travels and it was late when we arived

Loved everything. Keep coming back every year if possible as The Milton Brisbane is a fantastic place to stay. During the State Of Origin, it gets booked out, and the location is easy to get to. Shops and places are close by and within a 10 - 15 minute walk. If you want to head into the heart of the city, you can head by train or catch an E-scooter as close by. Pool, spa, sauna, and steam room are all for free. Reception people were nice as well and the room was also very clean and nice. Overall, a great experience will be back next year in 2024

I booked this property due to its proximity to the train. Unfortunately all trains had been cancelled for this weekend. It was only a short walk to find a bus.

The property advertised that, if car parking is required, it needs to be reserved. I reserved a car park as we would be traveling over 300 kms each way. An email was received stating that the property could not guarantee a car park but could redirect us to a car parking station close by. Question - If they can’t guarantee a car park, why bother stating in their advertising that a car park reservation is required. I almost cancelled our booking due to this reply.
