This place has such a chill, end of the road vibe. The owner is so easy going and the bar and pool have a great vibe. I wished I could have stayed another night. The room was lovely and absolutely spotless, quiet too. The kitchen and bathrooms are more like camping facilities and quite rustic.

It's expensive for what you get - it feels like a NZ Doc campsite. However, Oz is expensive and there aren't a lot of really good affordable options around. Wi-fi would have been great as there is none around and signal is terrible (my family thought I'd been eaten by a croc).

I rented a simple, clean, air-conditioned family room. The bathrooms were always clean, and the showers were powerful, with hot water and plenty of space. The kitchen and bathroom were spacious as well. Additionally, it offers a restaurant if you want to treat yourself, and there’s also a pool. No luxury, but for those who enjoy simple living and traveling, it’s perfect. You’re surrounded by nature, and it’s incredibly peaceful and quiet. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent.

PK'S staff were nice and welcoming, we had a late check-in which they accomodated easily. The room was clean and tidy, for this price, it was good value. Breakfast was included and it was a beautiful and a good amount, so very satisfied. Overall a very good experience.

We would have liked to have a chair in the room, but other than that, it was good.

It was great staying at PK's again. Stayed there 24 years ago on a backpacking trip, and it hasn't changed much. Staff was a little different with previous trip being more friendly and kind, but it was no biggie. Hard to beat staying anywhere in beautiful Cape Tribulation

Nice and clean room, with our own clean bathroom. The location is lovely, close to explore everything in Daintree and a short walk to the beach. The pool area was lovely and well looked after. Overall a very good stay as the value for money was good.

The kitchen is a camping kitchen, not great if you don't have your own stuff but manageable. The staff was a bit peculiar but in general nice. It was a bit annoying that the restaurant opening times didnt match when it was actually open and the food was average. Also charging 1$ extra per 14g tomato sauce to your fries was ridiculous. So overall there were just some little annoying things along our stay but nothing substantial. The rooms could have flyscreens.

The resort is so pretty. Direct beach access, nice pool, good dorms with private fridges and air con. amazing especially for the price.

not all cooking plates in the kitchen worked and there’s no wifi, but that makes sense regarding the location. and I recommend to everyone to bring groceries to cape trip and not buy them at the grocer there because it’s really expensive!

Friendly atmosphere, good food and free entertainment. Little shop located next door and another cafe across the road. Close by there’s a raised walking track that provides a leisurely walk through the beautiful rainforest. Horse riding available close by also.

Close to the ⛱️. Has restaurant/bar on-site and nearby convenience store. Room has AC. There's a communal fridge to store your food.

Bathrooms are far away from some of the units. When it rains hard it can be an uncomfortable walk. Paint peels off the floor of the room.

Great venue, cool jungle vibes, great restaurant and staff were amazing. Special shoutout to a chef called Jeff who gave me and my friends lots of leftover food. He was a great guy and should receive a massive pay raise in my opinion

Rooms were a bit dingy and toilet facilities weren’t amazing but both very manageable

Great budget accommodation in the Daintree. Close to beach with range of facilities and accommodation to suit budget conscious travellers. Clean and tidy rooms, we had a double without facilities. Our rate included a cooked breakfast, which exceeded our expectations.
