Our stay at Biarritz Apartments exceeded expectations in every way. The property was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The floor featuring the spa, pool, sauna, pool table, and gym was immaculate, providing a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhanced our experience. Both the pool and spa maintained perfect temperatures, making it difficult to leave. The apartment's location was ideal, just a short walk from the tram stop and convenience store. The staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and accommodating. In particular, the management went above and beyond by making special arrangements for our parking, as our ute did not fit in the designated space. On the morning of our departure, we offered to pay for additional parking as we planned to explore the area further. However, the staff graciously allowed us to leave the vehicle on-site for the remainder of the day, free of charge. Overall, the exceptional service and thoughtful touches made our stay at Biarritz Apartments truly memorable.

We loved absolutely everything about it!

Location was very convenient to shops. Apartment was very laid out and bedding was very comfortable. The spa was actually hot unlike some places and had great bubble capacity. Loved the indoor pool option as it was a very windy weekend. Apartment was very clean and the cleaning staff friendly. Excellent range of cutlery and kitchenware. Management were very helpful and friendly. Secure basement parking with trolleys to make getting your bags to your room in one load was a good surprise.

There was shampoo but no hair conditioner or body wash, and only one tiny bar of hand soap. Need instructions for operating the oven. It was a little confusing.

We were on Level 17, Apartment 72 which had such a beautiful beach view. The apartment was spacious with a well equipped laundry, an aircon in each room and lounge as well as comfortable lounge chairs. Reception and afterhours staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was so perfect being close to tram, casino, eateries and a skip to the beach. Would book here again.

Just little niggles ... There was no coffee, only a few tea bags and sugar satchets, and only 1 mini milk carton. I know it's only a starter kit but thought I'd mention it.

The lady who was working the front desk when we arrived was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived early and as our apartment was ready we were provided with an early check in. The apartment was spacious and clean. It had a great view of the ocean and was a 10 min walk to Broadbeach. There were coffee shops and bowls club 5 min walk away. It was also 5 min walk to the tram stop.

The bathroom in the main bedroom did not have a door. OK if you are on your own but not too private if using the toilet. It is also in view of the building across the street if you don't close the curtains. Early on Sat morning the lights in the bedrooms and bathrooms went out and though the issue was looked into quickly by the hotel they could not get an electrician until Monday. Whilst we had a lamp in the bedrooms, the bathrooms (particularly the main bathroom) were very dark during the night.

We were happy with the location and the apartment was very spacious. Unfortunately we did not get to use all of the facilities but they looked great. A short stroll to the Tram station was very convenient for us.

Was not sure when the dishwasher had last been cleaned. Had an odour. The second bedroom had an old bobby pin in the tracks of the sliding mirrored door on the closet which had rusted in . Probably needed a good thorough clean Had games containing small pieces which were in easy reach of our 1 year old granddaughter, but the idea of having games, books etc was really good for older children.

Great location. Very nice accommodation, we had a 2 brm 2 bathroom unit that was equipped with everything we needed. The main living room was large and the kitchen was well equipped with all kitchen utensils. We even had beach chairs, boggie boards for the grandkids to use, tennis rackets, balls, card games, colouring books and more. Will definitely be back.

We could not get the main TV to work. There was no instructions either to get it going.

The apartment kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay (just missing the coffee machine 😉) The furniture and beds were very comfortable (lucky as I ended up needing to stay in the apartment due to being unwell) Kids and hubby were able to explore! Very homely:

A few maintenance issues I did report when checking out. 1. The kids room sliding glass door to balcony doesn’t close properly or lock 2. Master bedroom blockout curtains don’t slide, you have to full on pull at them to close 3. Master ensuite toilet seat needs tightening 4. A suggestion of retractable block out blinds in living area for when watching tv, amazing view of outside but distracting when you can see it in the tv when trying to enjoy a movie

I chose these apartments as they have an indoor pool and with weather being unpredictable at times, I thought that this would be a good option. The weather was perfect but the children did want us to use the indoor pool on our second day. My son also enjoyed the spa. Netflix was already set up in the room which was a bonus as I usually have to log in with our own details.

My husband wasn't with us and he may have wanted aircon in the bedroom but I felt fine with the window open and fan on.

great location - just back from the beach and easy access to Surfers Paradise (either by driving for a couple of minutes or using the tram that stops nearby) The apartment was a little dated by modern standards but comfortable enough and everything worked just fine. Ours was a very big apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and a lovely sized lounge and kitchen.

Not the apartments fault but there were no bars or cafes close by and so you had to go a little further afield (maybe 1km or so)

Value for money. Compared to other places this was the best for what was on offer. Location was very good, walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. We didn't need to hire a car as location was so good.

Cleanliness was not to standard but minor. Dusty fans, fingerprints on windows and sliding doors.. Toilet push button in main bathroom was stuck. Had to hold button down.
