No breakfast. I didn't realise you did breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful but lacking product knowledge. Young fellow in drive through didn't even know you had accomodation yet alone where to check in. Young lady who checked me in didn't tell me where to leave the keys. Staff could be a big benefit to you with more training so they could upsell.

Paint peeling off ceiling in room, rusty door on fridge. The rooms could do with some maintenance.

The room was good for my needs, it was clean, had the essentials I needed, it was close to shops only a 500m walk to coles and other specialty shops, the bar and bistro downstairs served excellent meals, and the staff were lovely and showed great customer service to me and other customers around me.

No wifi however I knew this coming to the property so cannot fault them 😊

Value for money. The food was good. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great pressure.

The right side of the bed was against the wall. Room was too small to pull it out.No extras such as soap shampoo ect but then it would cost more to stay.

could not really fault anything major,it is an older hotel so it is what it is,nothing really to dislike.

The shower water wasn’t coming out properly and the absence of the extraction fan in the bathroom made the condensation drip from the ceiling

- nice view from the terrace; - clean & quiet; - simple check-in & check-out; - had everything I needed: clean and comfy bed; - fully working bathroom; - TV to watch the world cup.

Property was clean and had all the facilities required by solo traveller for an overnight stay. Property was bit old but clean and had necessary amenities.

The room was clean and welcoming. Easy access to the room. The area was quiet.

The water in the shower took a while to get warm/hot. Shower head was constantly dripping. The television had cracks across the screen. Tiles missing on inside of door.

It was great, but there is no microwave or any cooking essentials to help you with cooking food.

Just needs cooking appliances

The room was very clean and presentable.

The only thing I didn't like was that the bed was way too hard but could be personal preference.
