This stunning property is the new benchmark in South Australia for luxury hotels. The awe-inspiring interior design and colour palate infuses a tranquility that sets the tone blissfully as you enter. This is matched only by the guest accommodation. I was lucky enough to stay in the Radiance River View Suite and although it is pricier than a normal suite you will find around the Adelaide CBD, as someone who works in the hotel industry, this is more than justified as it is elegant, modern and regal with stunning views. Plus all the modern gadgetry that sorely most hotels lack in this wonderful city. If you want an experience that is completely different to what else is on offer - do not pass this property up. Though, the core or maybe the garnish to the exemplary standard it sets is it’s dedication to service - the staff went above and beyond at every port of call. Truly a special experience.

Absolutely nothing.

How luxurious every detail within the hotel is, from having slippers and tea bags laid out at night, to walking in and seeing your name on the television screen. I feel like no single little detail was ever missed. The staff were also phenomenal. We had a lot to do with a lovely guy who worked in the concierge, he even wrote out a page of recommended wineries for us! Initially when booking, I thought it seemed a little expensive, however it is totally worth it, and I would book time and time again. An absolute must stay hotel if you’re in Adelaide.

The room itself was magnificent!

Everything seemed designed to push you into the casino. I understand why, of course but it is Adelaide after all not Las Vegas. The swimming pool area was RIDICULOUSLY small (my bath at home is bigger than the swimming pool!) Th breakfast was OK but not that much choice and at one time I was almost asked to pay more for a slice of toast (that is not cool) The staff were lovely! My main complaint: TERRIBLE signage to get to the hotel and I would not expect reception of a hotel that has the aspirations of the Eos to be in an underground car park.

The service and people were so accommodating.

The service was TOP NOTCH! The staff always had a smile and were right there to help me after traveling and a cancelled flight. I can't thank them all enough. They even gave me a tour of the room to show me how to use all the technology (which is awesome). Very modern room with a great view.

The only issue was Uber Eats had a hard time finding the property, but the manager went beyond my expectations calling the Uber driver to explain how to get in the parking garage. I was mind blown how hard he worked to make sure we got our food when I was ready to throw in the towel.

The location was perfect, the ease of checking in and being offered help with our bags was amazing. The room itself was incredible with a perfect view of the city and Adelaide oval. The shower was incredible with the 2 types of shower heads with one being a waterfall. The bed and pillows were amazing!! The wireless chargers in the room, incredible and so many PowerPoints too. Loved every minute and right in the city!

Everything was perfect except maybe they could include parking in with room fees to make the parking cheaper.

We weren’t offered the EOS December and January upgrade on us special which included a free room upgrade, breakfast included at ITL, 10% off food and beverages and more. We’ve stayed upto 9 times at this hotel and feel like as valued customers we should have been offered the special. I asked on check in and I was offered an upgrade for $70 at my cost. Nothing else, we enjoy our time here at this hotel but if we are to continue to come back I feel like we should be valued for the amount of money we spend.

The reception, concierge and facilities are top rated! We were also upgraded to a wonderful suite with an amazing view of the river and Adelaide oval. Staff are exceptionally friendly wherever we were in the hotel.

The only slight blemish is the breakfast. Whilst whatever we ordered was very tasty and well made, I would expect to have a buffet breakfast at a hotel of this stature. The real difference that it made for us is that we have dietary requirements which made our choices very limited.

Great location, carpark very close, staff very friendly and helpful in general, got a complimentary bottle of wine ( special occasion). Very nice.

Person taking orders at the spa and pool, very slow to come to take our order, and we didn't get a menu upon arrival, like he wasn't very helpful with the menu and then when we finally ordered, the one wine we ordered wasn't available anyway, We scraped our order in the end. He certainly wasn't unpleasant instead he just gave the impression he didn't want to be there. The extra cost of $8 for room service in general made it unattractive option also. A suggestion I would make ... the glare off the building and direct sun onto the spa while in spa is very unpleasant and very hot ( and it wasn't a very hot day) you maybe need to look at sails or umbrella set up in some way to give shade for guests, that would be my suggestion to you.

Eos by SkyCity truly was the best experience I have ever had within Australia! From the moment I checked in, the staff were excellent. I was able to get an early check in and the room service was very prompt. The facilities uphold the 5-star standard from the pool overlooking The River Torrens and the Adelaide oval, the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and it exceeded my expectations of what Adelaide has to offer! Rooms Incredible level of detail with the materials used and finishings. The king bed was very comfortable and when I arrived back from exploring the city, house keeping added a night time tea and slippers next to my bed which I really appreciated. Safety 24/7 security and reception staff were only a phone call away. Any requests were actioned very promptly. Food & drinks Delicious wagyu spaghetti and cheese platter which was delivered to my room. The selection of drinks and food at Sol Rooftop bar was also unforgettable.
