the BEST location for anyone attending the mcg, rod laver, etc. everything was easily accessible by walking, right next to 7/11, the trams/trains, IGA, beautiful parks, central Melbourne close by. In a quite neighbourhood, lots of people walking around at night, felt very safe. As for the room, was grateful for the microwave, bar fridge and stove top.

The only complaint was the bathroom. The bathrooms are a bit old and dingy but it was ultimately fine.

Nice and close to Rod Laver for concert. 3 separate beds with second bedroom. Kitchenette well equipped. Off street parking available but on first in best dressed basis. Quiet suburb and close to city by tram or train with short walk.

Neighbours upstairs easily heard slamming doors and talking. Bath tub/ shower base unstable. Felt like no framing under fibre glass and had a large repaired crack. Base was also raised so stepping out felt dangerous. Would not like elderly person to use.

tarriff suited the accommodation - pity no lift but staff promptly carried my luggage up & down stairs so no prob for me excellent to have a well equipped kitchenette staff pleasant & very helpful

shower water only lukewarm - all other hot water okay tv very old - not all channels worked - remote control very old & buttons difficult to press but okay for me as only wanted ABC news & SBS anyway

Great location in a leafy street not far from the Melbourne CBD. I had a function in Northcote and it's a short walk from here to the Metro train line that heads through Clifton Hill/Northcote. I arrived via motorobike and the footpath is wide so plenty of room to park the bike on the street. Iron and ironing board in the room and worked well. Plenty of space.

The room is dated, the shower over bath is pretty comical and would be a challenge for some people to use due to having to step/climb into the bath. Works fine though, water hot.

The location was a plus as we went for the boxing day test match and MCG was next door. Parking was free which was a big help. The room was small with kid but overall the appartment was value for money.

Perfect stay, just what we needed for NYE. Check in was quick and easy, they even waited for us because we didn’t know reception closed at 5pm instead 7pm that day. Key is easy to use and can easily access apartment after hours. Aircon worked perfectly (we couldn’t find the remote for the first night, it’s behind the tv). Very spacious and massive bed (two singles together. Little kitchen setup if you wanted to prepare a simple meal and also comes with a cupboard and ironing equipment.

Look it was a little bit dated in decor but the pictures are exactly as they appear on the website - didn’t bother me at all. Bed and pillows are a little on the hard side but still did the job just fine. It was nice to watch tv while on the bed, its only free to air tv but any media is a bonus really and it felt like a nice time travelling experience watching bargain hunters with 2000’s furniture around us while having a 711 slurped. Windows needed double man power to shut. I could hear other people in the hallway at times but not while I was sleeping (I’m a light sleeper so was surprised I slept well both nights).

I request private car park and when I came , I didn’t get it as they left, when I called they said it is only who comes first and that they lock it. I would not have booked it.

Fantastic location, in a pleasant, quiet street 15mins walk to the CBD or only 5 to the tram stop. Cheerful, helpful staff and good quality sheets and pillows, masses of hot water and toilletries. The kitchen had 2 hobs, a microwave, toaster and kettle.

The decor was a little tired and it is a pity the cups and glasses were not in matching pairs. There were cobwebs in some parts of the room and a former occupant's vaseline tub, open, under a table. Although not really dirty some aspects of the room"s cleanliness were poor.

Very comfortable room with kitchenette with two-ring hob. Fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and shower also. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking at the side of the building. Good central location for Melbourne. WiFi worked well. Ensuite bathroom was handy.

The shower was a bit small, but nothing I couldn't cope with, and I'm 194cm.

Proximity to tennis centre, city and eateries. Unit was well set up, albeit somewhat tired. Free parking and in a shaded, quiet, safe area.

Bath felt insecure while showering in it; what appeared to be raw sewerage coming from a pipe in the car parking area.
