Quite a complex paper with terms and conditions telling you what to do or not to do. Such as the non smoking warning. If smoking odour cause the villa can not be rented out after that the customer pay full room rate each day of that room not useable. Who will decide if or not vacancy is caused by smoking smells? And I saw a man smoking outside the reception office the second day. From then on, I know those terms and conditions are just like a frog climbing on one's foot -- it will not bite or hurt you, but it makes you feel uncomfortable.

Was a bit close to the road, so a bit noisy. The bedroom curtains could be better, the light coming in was very distracting and there was a light shining through from across the road!

My family and I loved everything from the facility. It’s a bit pricey given there are no shops around and we had to drive all the way to Warrnambool for shopping but we enjoyed during our stay there and above all the kids loved it. Thus, it was worth. The kids now call it second home 😊

There was nothing we didn’t like. We would have preferred to have hand washing soap a bit bigger & pressable and carpet at the entrance of shower but still good.

Stunning property! Beautiful villa and location. Will definitely return here when we are back in Victoria. The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly.

The dryer made everything humid, unfortunately it was cold so couldn’t open up the rest of house to provide air flow. Aside from that this property was beautiful.

Six of us stayed in the Deluxe Three-Bedroom Villa which was clean and comfortable. The villa was well equipped and well thought out and would be comfortable for a longer stay although the living space was cosy

There was a DVD player in the room but no DVD options available in the villa, it would be good if reception could provide some DVD's or incorporate smartTV options to accomodate Netflix for those staying for longer

Great location, comfortable for a family of five. They had everything we needed with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Very close to the main township and Great Ocean Road attractions. Cute shops and nice restaurants nearby. Check in and out was extremely smooth and the receptionist (maybe irish accent) even went the extra mile gave us an umbrella when it was raining. This was not expected and her help was above and beyond any previous experiences and places we have stayed at.

Amazing villa! Great for a family of 6. The garden out the back is a wildlife enthusiast treat, so much incredible wildlife and Birdlife. We will definitely be back. Cleanest place we have stayed so far on the Great Ocean Road. Couldn't recommend more highly.

A fair walking distance from CBD of Port Campbell, but in saying this it is lovely and quiet.

We stayed here almost two years ago, and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay, from friendly staff, to excellent, clean and warm facilities. This visit was no different, and we are glad we had the opportunity to visit again feom New Zealand.

The property is in a wonderful location and has a beautiful private deck. It is spacious enough and just overall perfect for the 11 nights that we wanted to escape over Xmas and NY.

The one thing that I wasn't impressed about was the misrepresentation of the size of the place. The photos on booking.com make the deck appear 4 times the size and the living area appear 3 times the size it is. Just be aware if your booking - it is cozy compared to the photos.
