No-fuss check in and out process. A fully functional unit with enough toiletries and towels, cooking and eating utensils, and lounging area to live comfortably for the day and night. The external compound was also very welcoming. We made us of the public grill / barbecue area which we love love love so much.

There was nothing that we can complain about during our short stay at Kanasta. Most definitely will stay here again the next time we make the weekend trip to the area.

The cabin was as we expected a bunk room and a double bed, all very comfortable. The office was closed when we arrived but we had received an email detailing how to access our cabin, the directions worked with no trouble. The park seemed very crammed in when we arrived but privacy is maintained by plantings and clever placement of cabins. There is a laundry available, handy when you have been travelling for several weeks and easier than looking for a laundromat, would happily stay again.

Found nothing to dislike, could be different in a busy period when all the caravans and cabins are occupied.

Kanasta caravan park was an absolutely fantastic choice for our Easter break. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was close to the beach and walking distance from Woolies and the local shops. The most amazing part of our stay though was how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The staff truly went above and beyond with a complimentary Easter egg hunt, visit from the Easter bunny and even a bacon and egg roll on Easter Sunday. We will definitely be back!

Location was the best, cabin had everything we needed. A/C was on when we checked in on a hot day. Loved going to Rye for dinner each night, short car ride or walk! So close to Peninsula Springs too: we will be back for sure.

Friday night was noisy, was a shame that the rules weren't adhered to by some. I am glad there is a noise curfew in place from 10pm so guests can get a good night's sleep!

Good location, beds were comfortable, kitchen had enough basics for us.

Could not connect to wifi at all (but had enough data coverage to be fine). Pool table in the games room a little worse for wear (pockets had many holes so the balls fell straight through). Only 2 bath towels in room (booking was for 3ppl) - reception was closed by the time we realised but had some travel towels with us, so wasn’t a huge problem.

We ( family of 4, two kids 8 & 5) spent 2 weeks in Kanasta CP , in a family cabin solution, we absolutely loved it , loved the staff , the cabin , the position walking distance to the beach . The playground, the game room , the kids loved stay there . In the cabin there were all the things you may need … nothing was missing . The staff are so lovely and helpful. We definitely recommend this place .

The only thing maybe the master bed was not so comfortable as our kids bed were … but …. Nothing major, if our kids beds were 10/10, our bed maybe was a 6/10 . Nothing to complain about .

Beds were very comfy. Unit was very clean. Everything you needed in the kitchen for meal preparation.

Our bathroom door needs to be looked at. It wouldn't close properly (probably warped) and so it would require some heavy handedness to push it completely closed or to pull it open which during the evening meant waking up others in our unit due to the noise.

The caravan was spacious and comfy, and had a living area, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, stove, microwave , barbecue, cutlery , pots and pans.) It's basically a small house, so would've been ideal for a small family for two or more nights. (We stayed for just one night and checked in fairly late so couldn't make the most out of it!) Checking in/out was easy (property had self-check in). We lucked out and got a last-minute booking discount :)

Polite staff, clean room. It was our first time in a caravan. it was self-contained and adequate. Nothing fancy, but just as expected. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the main strip of Rye.

The entertainment! The TV was ancient. No way to use it for Netflix. The dining table was damaged.

Proximity to Rye Pier and shops. I love that the cabin was complete with anything you’ll need for the stay. The linens and towels are hotel quality.

It’s not property related per se but it’s a bit misleading that the website mentioned about selling priority passes to Peninsula Hot Springs when they don’t really.
