The staff was friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is both kid- and dog-friendly, with plenty of parking available. Conveniently, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel that provides easy access to the nearby ski lifts and the glacier. The food at the hotel is delicious and varied, offering options to suit every taste. I highly recommend the Suite with Balcony for its spacious balcony, offering stunning views of the valley, as well as the impressive 75-inch TV.

Breakfast starts at 7.30. Even for people who check out the same day even it is said in the card that it is from 7.00 for those people.

Very nice place, quiet, clean, great view, friendly staff, great breakfast, overall a very pleasant stay and we loved the fact that we could take our dog and the room was very spacious too with a nlgret view from the balcony! 😀

I guess this is probably more of a location issue, and maybe more in summer than winter, just be aware, there might be too many flies around, 1st day we let the balcony and window open and the room got a lot of flies, once we were aware and had the curtains always closed, it got better, but still always a few annoying ones around, and you could also see them in breakfast area, hotel entry, etc, again, for sure something they would have dealt with if they could, it's probably because of the top location, just be aware it can be annoying sometimes.

large rooms, very comfortable beds, exemplary cleanliness and a beautiful view from the balcony. This small hotel is located on the main road, the ski bus station is just across the street. The food is very good, with a salad buffet, the soup of the day and, at your choice, 1 main course from 3 offers plus dessert. Everyone in our group was satisfied with the culinary offer. The drinks are not included, but sold at reasonable prices compared to the rest of the locations in this region, the staff was friendly. The sauna is a bonus after a long skiing day

The view was amazing to the river. Incredible view to the village in the day time and nice nature sounds from the river flowing next to the hotel at night.. the host as well as his mother were so kind and assisted a lot in activity guidance. The breakfast was just fresh and the restaurant searing and decoration is just like traditional local homes.. a lot of interesting activities around the hotel and some other nice villages are just 10 min drive.. my room was very specious and the balcony was just breathtaking.

Had the best week here. Pools are near by, great views, bus stop out front of hotel. Food was good. Had read comments saying no fridge in the room but we had one which was handy. Family room was a good size and comfortable. Kids loved the trampoline. All in all had a fantastic time

What really stood out was the breakfast and the staff both of which were great! Clean rooms and oh my the view from breakfast and balconies was breathtaking <3. We thouroghly enjoyed our summer stay there.

The only thing that comes to mind (and thats a really minor thing) is that the restaurant in the hotel can get a little pricy.

The location is great and the hotel is very unique. We had a wonderful time, a nice room with a balcony facing the valley and view to the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great breakfast and delicious dinner. The hotel is perfectly located to start a trip to the mountains.

I recomant better organization of rezervation system. I demanded 1 room for 3 persons (2 adults and kid). Reqest form on booking.com informed, that only posibility is to take 1 room for 2 and 1 room for 1 person. Surprising was, that when we came into the hotel, the room for 2 was really big with regular 3 beds, and the second room was spacious double bed room.. Otherwise it is really perfect choice..
