The hotel is located in a residential area, so you won't be able to meet hundreds of tourists. You can get to the city center by bus, metro, or by foot - 40 minutes walk. In the area, there are many restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and well-equipped. There was also a small sauna available in the hotel. The staff is very helpful.

The neighboring building is being reconditioned, so on weekdays after 7 a.m., the workers outside make a lot of noise. One thing that was quite surprising was the necessity of depositing 25 euros to use the bathrobe. And You have to go to the reception to borrow it, so You have to think in advance:)

Didn't avail of breakfast as we don't eat early,our room was lo Ely & spacious. One of our 2 rooms had a window that couldn't be opened had to borrow a fan

Location is outside the inner strat but a fabulous bus service outside,no.74,to Wien Mitte,the underground station where. 2 stops takes you to St Stephens Cathedral and centre of city.The bus also let's you off at the corner of the Stadpark where the Johann Strauss statue is and others and you can cross to Schewdenplatz for the major shopping area if you don't like using the underground. Plenty of shops/cafes on the street outside hotel.A favourite was Coffe & Friends, & the Mercure restaurant & bar! This was our second visit to this hotel!

The room, bathroom good.bathrom was beautiful with a buthtub. Staff excellent. Particularly the one lady in reception who even spoke my language Hindi was pleasant surprise, she helped us beyond my expectations .. Her help we will never forget .wifi good. Some staff helped us book a cab to airport.

The location.😒 Metro was more than half kilometer away, so also the nearest ATM. Only a small department store next to it .which declined my bank cards. I had to walk a kilometer to get cash at night to buy something. No good restaurants nearby. No bus or tram stop nearby. No soundproofing. Room was street side and sound of cars all night.

The hotel was relatively close to tram and subway and we could easily reach the old town or any other location. The underground parking at 2,10m was wonderful for our car with a luggage compartment on top.

The only problem was that, before I arrived, the hotel had blocked the price of the stay on my card. I payed at the reception on the first day but the money remained frozen. I asked the staff and they were rather dismissive of it, a couple of days up to a week and that's it... I left the hotel and nothing had been solved, so I wrote an email to the reception and , at 9 days after the payment, the sum for the 4 nights' stay was unblocked. In the response to my email, they said they had "manually unblocked" the money, otherwise it would have taken longer. Make sure you have enough cash when booking a room at this hotel, otherwise you won't be able to use your own money! And I also checked...I didn't find any information about blocking the sum in advance written on Booking...

The hotel is located close to University of Vienna and Vienna BioCenter. It offers everything that one on business trip needs. The personnel was very kind and helpful, room was clean and quiet.

Unfortunately, the coffee served during breakfast was not really good. I also had an opportunity to visit hotel wellness. It was not bad per se only quite small, without much room to change (maybe it was meant to go there already in the bathrobe). Finally, the lights in wellness and relax area were too bright preventing one to actually relax.

Nice and comfortable rooms. Very good location in the walking distance from the heart of Vienna. Good breakfast. A fridge in the room. The complimentary wellness zone on the top floor. And, on top of that, friendly and willing staff - when we hit a technical snag with the room, Lily at the reception did her very best to get rid of it for us (thanks again, Lily).

On the first evening, the heating in our room wasn't working properly. But as I said, the staff did their best to resolve it.

- The location is not central, but it has good transport connections, supermarkets in the area, restaurants (including a good Indian one). - The room has a good size, the beds are comfortable and it is clean. - We checked-in about an hour earlier with no extra fee.

- The management is quite poor. When wanted to pay (actual card in hand) the late check out as per the list of prices put on display, we were informed that the list of prices has updated and we had to pay 45€ instead of 35€. We actually asked a few hours earlier and were told 35€ and they showed us that list. - The cleaning team is probably quite small for such a big hotel as they come to take the garbage/make the room even after 2pm

The style of the hotel was a bit old - they still used moquettes, something that to me should never be kept in places where lots of people walk with shoes because the dirt is never completely removed - but overall the room was nice, spacious and clean. The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean to perfection - they smelt clean. The hotel also offered a small wellness center which was perfect for the cold winter days of Vienna. And it was close to the city center, just 25-30 mins walk and it was well-connected with trains, trams and buses.

The breakfast was nothing but tasty. And it’s shameful because they offered a really large variety of fruits, croissants, eggs and salami. Despite the croissants and the fruits, all the other things were tasteless.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a very good sleep. Frendly staff. Diverse breakfast. Great location. Near U-Bahn and bus station, also supermarkets and restaurants next to the hotel.

The TV turning on by itself during the night(maybe the neighbour remote, who knows) and the coffee served at breakfast was really bad. Also the safe box seemed not to work properly. Didn't lock after I set the code.

Location- down the road from Witte and the CATT hub. Good for airport transit. Hotel is next to the bustop and tram stop. Restaurants and shops around Room - spacious, strong shower, comfy bed, well lit. Facilties - breakfast had many options at the buffet. Lift was swift.

Room - I booked a double bed but got a twin. I asked to change room but was told all rooms come as twin so o would have to push them together. That's not what I ordered and not what I wanted. On top of that I was asked to prepare the bed myself. Reception said I should push the twin beds together myself. Probably its an Austrian thing for guests to prepare their beds themselves. Despite the incredulity, I went ahead and even told them I would need a bigger size bedding to cover both singles adequately. Facilities. - I wasn't keen on the fact that you can get up the lift without passing through reception. I guess Vienna is just very safe. Otherwise no complaints. Value for money, simple and spacious
