Rooms were clean. Location is great: easy access to public transport and Schonbrunn palace park.

I was arriving late at night, notified the hotel that I will be coming after midnight. Nevertheless, they charged me no-show fee, then cancelled my booking, and re-booked again when I checked in at night. This created a financial mess, and my card got charged almost triple of the original amount. ———- Eventually all incorrect transactions have been reversed or refunded. I appreciate the hotel team effort looking into the details and correcting everything. It took almost 3 weeks, but the final balance is correct. —— If you are arriving late make sure that the front desk is aware if it.

Parking in the hotel was terrible at our arrival. The garage is not only for hotel guest but it's open for other people too. We arrived on sunday and the garage was totally full. We had to wait for more than 30 mins for the parking!!

We stayed in the same hotel few years ago and we really liked it. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Location is excellent, few minutes walk from Schönbrun castle and U-bahn (metro) if you want to go to city center without being in traffic. Hotel has garage deal which is very convenient for those traveling by car - 28 EUR per day and you can go in and out anytime you want. Last time we were staying here we remember that breakfast was extremely delicious and they had more options than this time. It is still delicious, but now is more basic, therfore I don't think it is worth 22 EUR anymore. The rest is perfect!

Our stay exceeded expectations and we were extremely satisfied with all the services offered. At the reception, I had the pleasant surprise that Mr. Goran upgraded us from a standard room to a King Suite with Balcony room without any additional cost. Goran was very pleasant, helped us with information and made our stay even more pleasant. A very pleasant experience, perfect location near a park and Schonbrunn Palace, quiet location, underground parking at a very good price. We will definitely come back.

Fortunately, I had nothing to complain about, both the staff and the hotel's facilities.

We stayed here to visit Schonbrunn Palace. Our family of four stayed in two rooms connected, so we had a comfortable stay. Our destination, the main gate of Schonbrunn Palace, was only a 10-minute walk away, so it was very convenient. The underground parking lot was clean and the rate was fixed for 24 hours, so we could arrive the night before, stay overnight, check out in the morning, visit the palace, and then depart. It's easy to get here by car. There was a wide variety of breakfast options available, and they were delicious. It might be a good idea to visit a little earlier. The room was very clean and comfortable.

There were no major issues and I had a comfortable stay. If I had to say something, it would be that during breakfast, when the waiter was clearing the dishes, he accidentally spilled the fruit syrup that was left on the dishes. The waiter said he would come and wipe it up later, but in the end he never came to clean it up. I would be happy if they sweepred it on the spot. It was a delicious breakfast, so it was a bit disappointing.

Breakfast and beverages was excellent. Room was as expected. No complaints. Location was excellent, few minutes walking distance from Schoenbrunn. Therefore amazing location. The metro train was also walking distance away if you have a single bag or so and are inclined to walk those few hundred yards. Staff always courteous and polite.

Staff was not always attentive and maybe Hotel was short staffed at times due to excessive long queues during check-in, and this would get worse when front desk is manned by single staff who is on phone call to other guests.

The location is great for visiting Schonbrunn but not handy for the center. It requires a walk, a bus, a change and the Metro. Desk staff were very helpful in accessing Wi-Fi in my room.

This wasn't a pass in my gluten-free book. At breakfast, there were about 15 kinds of bread or rolls but nothing gluten free. So, I asked a staff member, and I got an argument instead of service. I hailed over a second staff member who admitted that he could provide gluten-free bread. And he did, bur reluctantly and with such a scowl that I felt my request had ruined his morning. Never mind, I thought, tomorrow they will remember. But. No. Still nothing for me. And, given the attitude of the previous day, I chose not to bring it up but ate the crackers I had brought. Now, most people don't book a 4-star hotel in order to provide their own crackers.

The room was very clean and exceptionally quiet. The hotel was not super busy at the time we stayed there, but we didn't hear a single sound from neighbouring rooms, and only very little when there was loud noise on the corridor. It was an excellent room for a good rest. The room could be made entirely dark too, for those whom it matters. Even amenities (shower gel, shampoo, etc) were of high quality. There was an actual wall between the bedroom and the bathroom, which trendy hotels nowadays tend to replace with glass - I prefer walls even when travelling with my partner. Breakfast was superb, with a lot of different options to choose from, and promptly refilled when something ran out. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel is also obviously very close to the Schonbrunn Palace and the Zoo, which were out main destinations this time, so location for those was excellent.

I will have to nitpick, none of these issues is very significant. The pillows were a little too low for us, and there was no green tea option at breakfast. :) Hot water temperature was very slightly uneven, meaning if you like to shower in very hot water like I do, it's hard to get it right, because if it's hot enough most of the time, then sometimes for a few seconds you will cook yourself. It really is just a minor issue though, most people would probably not even notice. Also only paid parking is available. Location for the city center is not optimal, but it was not a concern for us and it is clear on the map where the hotel is.

A very good positioning, close to Schönbrunn and easy to reach city Center via public transport. Big underground parking with spacious parking spaces. Big and clean rooms. Nice staff at the reception.

The AC cooling was very poor so, we had to keep AC fan to highest level over the night which was a little bit noisy. The Parking fee of 28€/ day. Used and uncleaned glass and coffee cup from previous guests.

The location was very good, the room was located on the 1st floor and was very quiet, the cleanliness was very ok

The breakfast was acceptable (few fruits, few pastries), but the room facilities were still below expectations considering the price paid (e.g. lack of slippers, lack of hygiene products, lack of shoe accessories, access to streaming TV applications - Netflix, translation of programs in other languages, other than English, etc.) When the hotel was under the Radisson Blue brand, the price/quality ratio was much better, and these small accessories were not missing.
