The single rooms are larger than I expected, well equipped, and very comfortable. Checking in and out was very easy.

I wish the room doors had deadbolts on them. They had button locks on the doorknob, which are technically the same, but I am a bit paranoid so I would have liked to have a way to lock the door that was more visible, if that makes sense, so that I could double check it cannot be opened from the outside. In addition, the holder of the toilet paper was a bit flimsy and would sometimes jump out, so I ended up using a toilet paper roll on its own instead of inserting it in the wall.

The location was very close to the tram. The room was big and clean. It was also well stocked with basic things. It was cheaper than all I could find in Vienna, but I suppose it is just outside Vienna. It was easy to get to from the airport.

There was not really a reception. You picked up the key from the restaurant. The walls are thin, and you could hear everything happening in other rooms close by. The mattress kept moving, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The ceiling light needs to be cleaned periodi ally as there were dead insects in the cover.

The hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay for three people. While the hotel did not offer breakfast, guests had access to cafes, shops, and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, including a pizzeria on the ground floor, providing a convenient dining option without leaving the hotel. Nearby, guests could easily find amenities such as markets, pharmacies, and other shops for immediate needs. Situated a bit away from the city center, the hotel is a 20-minute journey from downtown and a quick 30-minute ride from the central train station via public transportation.

The location is a bit removed from the city center, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience of the stay. The lack of staff did require a bit more attention to detail during check-in, but it's manageable if you're attentive to the instructions.

Nice hotel a bit further from the city centre but very close to a tram stop and couple supermarkets. The room was nice and the restaurant at the bottom of the building was amazing! Also loved the online check-in and check-out that was very convenient!

It would be great to have an air conditioner in the room in the summer since it was a bit loud to have an open window in the night because of the traffic.

Although it seems far from the center, you are already in the center in 15 minutes by public transport, so the location is very convenient. The price-quality ratio is very satisfactory. The owner helped as soon as I had any questions. Coffee and water are free. I didn't hear the sounds of the restaurant, a tram passed by from time to time, but after an active day I just wanted to fall asleep as soon as possible. 100 percent I recommend and would come back again. BTW, don't worry, check-in is really easy. ;)

Part of the check-in was in German, although I chose English. Please fix it! And the TV rarely worked, the channels just got messed up. Although there was no need for that TV, I came to visit Vienna. :)

The triple room was very comfy, spacious, with a big, clean and full equipped bathroom. The check-in was fast, as a matter a fact was a selfcheck-in .. really nice and simple. The location was not close to the city center, but a tram (no 38) is near by and goes directly (about 30 min) to the most important attraction of the city. The area is quiet and nice, safe during the night. The restaurant/pizzeria is very close and also some shops at 5 min distance.

The property didn’t provide the door code and check-in details even though the booking was already confirmed, only sent us the info after we asked. Difference between booking.com info and room leaflet - different check-out times, the leaflet says the coffee and water in the room are complimentary, but people on booking.com say they were charged for it (so we didn’t use any of it). Confusing self check-out.

The hotel really surprised me. The check in process was very unique and completely digital. I changed my check-in time and it was swiftly approved. The room was really big and spacious with a huge cupboard as well as a big bathroom (even had a nice hair dryer). They provided a coffee machine and also tea bags in my room and I had a great time in the hotel. I can highly recommend it to solo travelers. Thank you for such a great service to your guests!

The hotel is located quite far away from the centre (but it is in a peaceful place and has a nice restaurant and other food places nearby). It might be nice to have some more human contact at the reception and have a dedicated person to contact in case anything goes wrong (although for my case I had no problems). But the pros definitely outweigh the cons for this particular hotel.

The self check was flawless. Communication with host was great. Bed comfortable, nice bathroom and quiet area. Close to tram #38 to get you into town.

It is a bit further out from the city, but having the tram #38 made it very manageable. Coffee pods were left, but no idea what the colors represented (regular, decaf, etc). We didn't have time to try the pizza restaurant next door. :(

Everything was as described. There were no surprises upon our arrival. The room was spacious, with a good shower and coffee & tea available. It was close to a tram stop that got us quickly to the city centre.

There were only 3 hangers in the cupboard. We would have liked more but, because we arrived late, we did not take the time to try and find how to get them.
