We really loved our staying in this apartment because the owners are very kind and friendly. We arrived too early for check-in, but Christian gave us the key to leave the baggage. When we came back at 11.30 after breakfast, our room was ready - this is excellent! We stayed in the apartment for 2 - it was very clean and bright, with a small but well-equipped kitchen in it. Inspite of S-Bahn not far, the street is very calm, no noise, we slept well. The location is ideal: it is about 15 minutes to the city center by tram 43, which stops near. And not far from a beautiful forest Neuwaldegg in the suburb. Lidl and Hofer are very close to this place, so you can buy food there and cook in the apartment or go to the cafe (there are a lot of cafes around - and a good place for lunch within two tram stops) And you can get very easily to many interesting places by S-Bahn or bus - such as Schonbrunn or Grinzing. I have been many times in Vienna and lived in different hotels and apartments - and I will definitely stay in Appartements Ferchergasse again, it is one of the best💖.

The kitchen was well equipted, apartment was clean, the terase was a good place

Because it is located in the attic, It can get really hot if the air conditioner is off. Someone entered in the apartment while we were in the city and took from the frige our icecream…We asked the receptionist about this issue, he admited that some workers were in the apartment to make some work, but I was treated with indiference. At that time we had in our room the wallet, lots of money and our personal things. Except icecream nothing dissapeared. Never encounter this, not even in Africa :)

Very nice host, convenient and well-equipped studio and kitchenette, information about the local restaurants and shops provided in advance, excellent WiFi connection. Frequent trams to the city center.

No shower gel and the same towels for three nights. It may had been explained in advance and I didn't see it as I booked in a hurry but it was unexpected. Make sure that you have planned for an hour and a half travel time to the airport if you use the public transportation. Having said this, I still find the property a great choice for a comfortable stay in Vienna.

Confortable, good connections to public transportation, garage, warm inside, confortable beds, friendly staff, nearby restaurants.

The studio apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, including air conditioning, a rarity in Vienna apartments. A fully equipped little kitchen. Room darkening shades were very effective. Two short blocks away from rail and tram lines in a nice quiet non-touristy neighborhood.

The tiniest elevator I've ever seen. It can fit one person and a suitcase, or two people without a suitcase.

The host is very kind and helpful. He gave us so many tips on how to move and what to do around. Plus, he helped us booked taxis for the early flight we have had. The place was spacious and in a peaceful neighbourhood.

It might be a bit further from the downtown, but all in all not a big problem since the transport lines all stop 3,4 min away from the apartment so u can take tram anywhere and U/S bahns as well and be there in 20-30 minutes depending where u go.

Good size apartment in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets, cafes and tram stops. Christian was very helpful all the time incl. on the weekends.

The property was very spacious and clean. It is a 5min walk to the nearest train station which was perfect because the apartment is not in the city center. The owners were very helpful and recommended great places and some tips and tricks. Would definitely stay there again!

We had very good stay in a comfortable appartement, very well furnished , what met all our needs. Friendly and helpful host Christian gave us a map with the basic services and shops in the surrounding , and also helped us in buying tickets for the Vienna communication. The appartement is located in the outskirts of Vienna, however is well linked with the city and it is close to its green part;, moreover there is direct bus to Schonbrunn, what is real advantage.

The condition that check -in after 8.00 p.m is charged and costs 30 EUR. We did not experience it, anyhow it sounds a little confusing.

The apartment is in an old-style building from the imperial age, but it is up to today's standards. A clean and tidy little place with two rooms a corridor like kitchen corner, a bathroom with shower cabin and a separate toilette. The building has a small elevator, but it has one and that is a plus. We reserved a parking space with the apartment, which was in the adjacent building with charging stations for electric cars. One really nice thing was the fact that there was a "reception desk", the host was waiting for us in his little office on site, and showed us around, told us all the necessary details. The apartment is well equipped: toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, hairdryer.

One small annoyance is the fact that there is no sink in the toilette, so for you to wash your hands you have to go the the adjacent bathroom and use the sink there.
