Very nice apartment in a good part of Vienna - everything you might want (museums, good restaurants etc.) is close, apart from the supermarket, but nothing delivery apps can’t fix. We also had a terrace which we haven’t used a single time due to 35 degrees outside, but the view from it is also nice. There were also more than enough coffee pads, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and so on, so as long as you have water with you when checking in, you will survive.

Nothing was significant enough to lower the maximum rating, really. Welcome water bottle would have been nice and working upper window/shade remotes. But this is really trivial. Nothing is perfect, no matter what your ex thinks:)

We spent the best part of a week recently - in Apartment No. 8. Finding the place was easy as it is only a stones throwaway from the underground station Michebeueren AKH (Allgemeine Krankenhaus). Perfect for getting around town! You gain access to the building though a key in a key safe, the number of which you receive in advance by email. Our high ceilinged apartment was on the first floor, accessible both by stairs & a modern lift. The hallway lead to a separate WC with extractor fan. There was also a kitchen/dining room area with a fully fitted kitchen, large, solid wooden table to seat 6 guests. The kitchen included a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and oven. We mainly used the coffee machine (Nespresso capsules) and fridge. The bathroom was compact, with a very good, modern shower, sink, hairdryer and washing machine. We had two large bedrooms with double beds and flat screen TVs. The corner bedroom also had a comfortable sofa bed. We didn't use the air conditioning here - it wasn't necessary in late September. We didn't need much help with servicing the flat whilst we were there. However, we called the local office to see if we could check out a little later and were told that this wouldn't be a problem as the next guests would only be arriving the next day. So, instead of rushing out at 11:00 we remained until ca. 14:00. Thanks! In summary we were delighted with this place - modern, very clean and more than big enough for the two of us. And given the proximity to local public transport (U-Bahn & tram) we found the location to be surprisingly good. Oh, and there are two supermarkets within easy walking distance here!

In the main room there was a rather stained grey sofa. We'd recommend replacing that - it has certainly seen better days. We'd recommend adding a coffee table in here for use when watching the TV on the sofa in here.

The location of this apartment in Vienna is absolutely fantastic, putting you right in the heart of the city with easy access to public transport, cafes, and major attractions (maximum 15-10 min by train). The apartment itself was perfect – spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The check-in was very easy. Whether you're here for sightseeing or business, this place has everything you need. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

We have now stayed multiple times at rafael kaisers apartments in vienna. Everything is expected, no surprises and the communication with the property manager has also always been excellent, quick reply and anything we needed was solved swiftly. Spacious apartment even though we travelled as a large family. The u-bahn and ttam is basically just outside the dorr which means that you can be down town vienna in 10 min. Great reaturants as well close by. Will be our go to spot from now on.

The apartment can get quiet hot in hot summer days and working the AC is not that easy.

I am so happy that we chose this apartment for our stay in Vienna! Initially, I was a bit concerned about the distance from the city center, but it turned out to be the perfect choice. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Despite being slightly away from the center, we found the access to public transportation, including the urban trains and Strassenbahn, to be extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Our stay here truly exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Vienna!

Quite location but close to U6 station. Loved the balcony and sun in the lounge room

It had every amenity…as a family of five having a washing machine was extremely useful and it was so warm and cozy. We loved the little park and football pitch just metres from the apartment…great exercise for the kids before a day of exploring the city!

Not a massive negative but we would have appreciated some English speaking tv channels or access to Netflix on the TV. As this was a winter break we were in the apartment a lot in the evening so it would have helped.

The apartment was excellent. We needed two different metro lines to get to the city center, but the metro station is a few meters from the building where the apartment is. We had a crib and a chair for the baby. Also, the dishwasher was very helpful. We had available tablets for the dishwasher, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and sponge, napkins, along with all the dishes. Everything was very clean. We were wow-ed when we arrived. It is large and AMAZING! Clean and it has everything you need. Nice kitchen, amazing bathroom. Location not in the centre how ever it was a 2 minute walk to the metro so it didnt matter anyway.

The smell from a airco was a bit weird, also the airco was directly above the bed which was not ideal. Also, it was a bit noisy the first night. However we think that was more the neighbors that also booked the hotel than anything else. Because after they checked out it was quite and great. We also didnt receive the email with the code for the lock 2 days in advance like they promised. We had to call when we arrive since there is also no reception. They said we should’ve gotten the email but were happy to tell us the code and handled it fine. We looked for the email after entering the room but we really didnt receive it, we received it the night after checking though.

+ Very clean and spacious modern apartment with all basic stuff needed for stay. + Self check-in with clear instructions. Close to subway. + Good pleasant interiors.

- Télévision is old fashioned, not a smart tv. - Washing machine is in common laundry room on 4th floor, so little inconvenience. But you have detergent available and free to use. - location is little far from city center
