I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warm hospitality truly stood out and set a positive tone for our stay. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, the eggs were a bit of a letdown as they were overcooked and dried. Despite this minor flaw, the rest of the breakfast spread more than made up for it. We decided to try the hotel's cocktail and were thoroughly impressed. The drink was expertly mixed and tasted amazing, providing a perfect start to our evening. The swimming pool and sauna were both quite crowded, which was a bit disappointing. However, we understand that this is not something the hotel can control, especially during peak times. One of the conveniences we appreciated was the free parking. It made our stay much more hassle-free. Additionally, the easy access to the city centre by tram was a major plus, allowing us to explore the area without any difficulty. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we would consider returning in the future, especially for the friendly service and excellent cocktails.

The beds were very comfortable. I think they even have some nice mattress toppers which made it comfy. Also the breakfast was really good with lots to choose from. The front desk staff were very friendly also. And because we arrived in the morning they accommodated us so we could take a nap because we just arrived from an overnight flight.

Parking in the evening was hard to find. They do have overflow next door in the basement of the business center. But most people do not know that.

- The room is spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the marble flooring in the shower. The room came with all the amenities we needed. - The hotel is in close vicinity to city centre and transport stops if we didn't want to walk. - Plenty of free parking and rapid charging for a few available in the car park. - Breakfast was great with so many options for vegans and vegetarians. It was also open longer and had a omelette station.

- A trolley for bringing bags from parking would be better to avoid multiple trips to car park. - Next to impossible to get ant toiletries or pillows after 10pm.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathtub was super roomy, all appliances and features were perfect. The adjustable lightbulbs are amazing and a very valuable add to the hotel room. The breakfast is absolutely worth it and delicious.

The receptionist was a bit unfriendly, and there was no shower/washing gel near the bathtub, so we had to collect gel in a mug and carry the mug to the bath. The location felt a bit unsafe and excentered from the city, but when we knew that when we booked the room.

Pretty much everything. Daily top ups on coffee etc which is so often missed in other hotels. The free parking is an absolute selling point I didn't realise they had. Close to the main road. Food phenomenal in the restaurateur, I only had time for 1 breakfast in my stay but it was a solid 10/10 for quality and variety. Absolutely my no 1 hotel to stay in when I work at Doel. Have highly recommended to my colleagues. Pool and spa very clean too. ALSO, one great thing is that the double bed ISN'T 2 little ones pushed together.

There's nothing to dislike

The location of the Hotel is very good reachable, directly at the ring of Antwerp and only 10 minutes by car from City Center (Parking MEIR). Staff gets high points, recognizing me during a next visit. Hotel, Rooms and Wellness are in highest state, large rooms, great hygene and staff has very good eye for detail. I can only give this hotel and it's Staff my highest recommendation

If there would be anything to mention, maybe a whider range of Fitness excercises could be possible, but is in most cases hardly used.

The reception team was fantastic. Polite , friendly,hospitable, cheerful. Breakfast is world class

The no house keeping is. They forget everything. Toilet paper, cafe capsules, body lotion, once I ordered to change the bed sheets after 3 days. They just made the bed with the same sheets.Sound proof is not functional. The swimming pool area is unacceptable atmosphere. The GYM is too small and poorly equipped.

In terms of accessing central Antwerp, best stick to taxi since tram journey to Central Station involves going through an area described in guidebooks as best avoided after dark. You go to this hotel, eat & drink at the hotel and don't leave hotel. If exploring is your thing, find a centrally located hotel albeit this will cost more.

The breakfast was unbelievable! There was so much food and so many choices! It was a feast! The staff service was exceptional! The location was very convenient for us, close to the Sportspaleis. There was ample complimentary parking which was a much appreciated bonus! P.S. Loved the water, coffee & slippers in our room !!!!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

Excellent selection of beers and wines. The staff were attentive and friendly and always working diligently. I had a few very nice dinners sat at the bar and the hotel also provided a large pull down screen to watch the football final. Sauna and pool fabulous, nobody in there so I had them all to myself! Lush. Signed for food and drinks rather than pay as you go, I dislike that in hotels.
