loved the Christmas bar and the little courtyard set up. wish it was open later than 11:30

smell of weed everywhere. I get it is legal but maybe have a designated area…not in the courtyard where it stays. it was a staff member as well.

Location was amazing. Short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill. The original section of the inn is lovely, lobby, restaurant is very nice. The bakery and market is quaint. Dinner was amazing and staff in both restaurant and bar were exceptional. Cute winter village in courtyard and bar areas. Hotel was decorated to the nines for the holidays. Very festive!

The section of the hotel we stayed in was clean but kind of run down, could use updating. The old section of the inn and restaurant is very romantic. Unfortunately, does not carry over to the rooms (rest of the hotel). Was disappointed seeing the room after the lobby, bar, restaurant and bakery.

The decor was really beautiful, inviting and well maintained! And the courtyard was very enchanting! The cleaning staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly, as well as the staff in the gift boutique ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel could use a little bit of updating especially outdoors where you can see it’s getting a bit rundown and also updates for charging electronic devices (took forever to charge iPhone) and no ports to do so directly however if you don’t have the wall charger block, you can purchase one in the gift shop The tv is analog which makes it very snowy and the batteries were really weak with no back to keep them in place Didn’t use the restaurants on site as they were too overpriced The manager never smiled once during the time we were there

The character of the hotel is very warm and charming. Great location. The dining area was beautiful, the food fantastic!

The price seemed a little high for what you get. Our room did not look like the picture on the website that we booked. It felt like all bulky pieces of furniture and the fireplace were just crammed into the room. There was nowhere in the washroom to set up your toiletries...... we had to go back and forth between the washroom and a sink with a counter set up in the hallway at the doorway entrance. The smell of the chlorine in the pool area was extremely strong...... so strong that we could not use it. You could actually smell it walking up the hallway from the other end.

The hotel was in a good location. Walkable to the Falls. Provided things such as hair-dryer, iron, magnified makeup mirror, bath, bathrobes, slippers, coffee maker. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

Our particular room (312), I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper and need good lighting. The room is quite dark and overlooks the indoor pool. There was also a hall door which slammed shut every time someone went through it. I would stay there again but not in that room; our friends stayed in room 317 which did not have the noise issues although the lighting was the same. Hotel is also pet friendly so if you don't like seeing pets at your hotel it may not be the right choice. We didn't eat at the restaurant as the prices were expensive. No safe.

I have stayed here at the Old Stone Inn before and I will definately stay again in the future. It is very close to Clifton Hill and the Falls. A 4-5 minute easy walk. A lovely restaurant on site, also quaint bar. The Inn is fabulous and the staff are A-1. The staff is amazing. Especially in the restaurant!!!!! As mentioned next time I travel to Niagara I will stay at this Inn.

Last trip was a full 10 perfect. This trip a bit different. A 7 or 8 I had a different room, which was sort of a disappointment... The bathroom was the issue. The bathroom sink was a pedestal sink ??? No counter space. The pre bathroom that did have another sink had very minimal counter space... Enough for 1 person but not 2 . (this for a King room with fireplace). There was no safety hand bar for the high sided tub. The water pressure was very weak. The air conditioner had a high squeal when on ( had to turn it off at night) The reception on the TV was terrible, fuzzy static on all channels.

The room was furnished in a cute quirky way and very clean and new feeling. Good sized fridge and nice shower. Decent price for an overnight stay and short walk to the falls.

Very confusing and difficult labyrinthine maze to find my room. Many doors seemed like dead-ends, I took an elevator up to 2nd floor, and then stairs to go back down to my room's level... A sign at the last door made me think I was going to be locked "outside" at the level of my row of rooms... My key cards stopped working completely at one point. Was not able to get a coffee or a quick bite to eat in the morning at the hotel itself, which I was expecting due to the restaurant advertised on the website.

The location was great! We were able to walk to all of the tourist destinations! We parked when we arrived and didn't use our vehicle again until we left. Very close to the Falls, Clifton Hill, Skylon Tower, the Casino and multiple restaurants!

Parking was not included, which was disappointing. The parking lot we did use was gravel. The hotel looked very charming on the website, but upon arrival, it was very old and pretty dark and dingy. There is an indoor pool, so the halls were quite hot and humid. The window in our room looked out at the indoor pool. I would rather have looked outside. The window was also pretty dirty. There was no bar fridge or microwave in our room. The television was not clear, it had static lines running across the screen.

The hotel has so many wonderful photos spots and hidden things to see. If you stay be sure to explore the hotel itself. Staff were amazing. Bed was super comfortable. Coffee machine in room. Close to everything, walk to Skylon, casino restaurants shops.we walked everywhere. Interesting history. I cannot say enough about the people.

Room didn't have a few things such as a full length mirror, mini-fridge and not a huge deal, but could not get tv to power on. Parking and breakfast not included. Pool was very cold :(

A gentleman at the front desk was rude to my boyfriend, made him feel uncomfortable, when he asked if there were elevators to use when we wanted to bring our luggage upstairs. He asked why and said no and walked away from him. It wasn’t busy it was quiet. He wasn’t dressed inappropriately just runners shorts hat shoes and he felt like he didn’t belong when the gentlemen’s spoke to him. To find out later there were elevators we could use.
