Outstanding views, great spa bath and helpful staff. The falls view room I stayed in had a spectacular view of the horseshoe falls and the jacuzzi style bath had shutters - when open you could see the falls from the bath.

Only area for improvement is tea and coffee facilities. I would expect a little bit better than paper cups, one teabag and a coffee maker that didn’t really work very well. The staff were great however and got me a kettle and provided more teabags so it hasn’t affected my scores.

Amazing location and fabulous view of the falls from our room. Got upgraded to a higher floor as it was a special visit. There are Lots of restaurants and bars close by and easy Walking distance to the falls and into the busy part of town if you want to go to there. Nice bar and restaurant in the hotel.

Don’t realise from the details that using the spa pools incurred additional cost. Also wants clear on check in about the amenity charges which we didn’t ask for or use and had to ask for these to be deducted from our bill.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and of course is in a great location to see the falls.

Booked a room for a family of 4 but the room was set up for 2. We had 2 water bottles, 2 cups etc… Better lighting in the room would be helpful. Good breakfast options but often Luke warm. We were super excited to have booked a falls view, hard to be disappointed with that view, we really splashed out on this room to find floor 6 has a LIMITED view over the trees. Excitement turned to ambivalence.

Liked the upgrade of our room from river to fallsview. That was a really nice surprise.

The parking wasn't arranged up front and included in the total price. Also didn't like that the charges on the receipt didn't match the charges to my credit card. I paid more on my credit card and I don't know why. The invoice is very confusing. Too many charges and each is charged HST and then maybe even again on the total. I now will have to call next week to figure this out. Also the fact that there are two Marriott hotels across the road from each other.

Parking. $45 for self parking and I top of it they added tax. Never have paid tax on parking in the world. They are way cheaper alternatives close to they. For the price of the room parking should be included

The view from the rooms was outstanding and I loved having the spa bath. The breakfast was good. Omelettes were OK, could have had a better selection of cold meats, smoked salmon etc. for the price for the rooms we booked I would have expected breakfast to be included and maybe a separate breakfast area for the superior rooms? The service from our staff was very good.

As above, the breakfast was quite pedestrian. We had a spa bath in our room but no bubble bath. I had booked two rooms and the guy checking us in told me I only had one room and it took a lot of stress before we finally found the second room and they were 5 floors apart even though I had asked for them to be close together.

The view of the falls was absolutely amazing from our room, it was like an immersive experience and the spa bath was great too.

I informed the hotel months in advance that we were staying in the hotel as part of our honeymoon and I was informed that they would do their best to make it extra special. When we arrived I was disappointed that there wasn’t any recognition of our honeymoon at check-in or in our room, I went down to the front desk to let them know in case it was an oversight but the person I spoke to was dismissive and said they knew nothing about it. It definitely left a little bit of a dampener but we didn’t let it ruin our stay and just spent more time out and about instead of at the hotel. I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary but even a card or fruit basket would have been something.

Staying on the high floors was an absolute dream! The view of the waterfalls was mesmerizing – I seriously contemplated skipping sleep just to soak it all in. And don't even get me started on the sunrise view; it was pure magic! Waking up to that scenery felt like stepping into heaven.

“breakfast included” only covers 2 adults per room even though the room slept 4 adults. The waitress at the breakfast restaurant challenged my tip and demanded that I increase it to a minimum of 18% of the total (including the amounts that were “included”) despite the service being buffet style, saying it was optional but if I didn’t tip 18% her costs for renting the table wouldn’t be covered. It was an unexpected outlay on an already expensive trip.

Amazing views from the room. The lounge was has giant windows looking at the fall but even the hotel is on a hill the angle of view is not so clear as well as the view is partially blocked by trees. If you chose to stay here you have to get the room with a view, otherwise it would be the same as staying on the other site of town. Location is very good too. You can go out of the hotel straight to a bridge from were you can take the include railway to the Table Rock. It takes 15 minutes.

No parking on site. You can self park at their second location then walk back (2-3 mins) but the valet will not tell you that and there is no sign for that. The only 2 signs at the entrance are valet parking and premium parking prices. At check in they told us about the self parking option then we run back to the valet to get the keys before they take the car away.
