Communication and shuttle requests were good. Sofia at Front Desk on check in was very helpful and friendly. She printed our boarding passes as the printer in the Business Centre was broken. Our Suite was very nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom products we very nice with a good and gentle fragrance. We did not make it down for breakfast as it ended earlier than we expected but that was not a big problem. Both our shuttle drivers were wonderful and friendly.

One elevator was out of service when we arrived and as that coincided with afternoon buffet the area was very busy and a little overwhelming. The elevator was repaired by the next morning.

the location was great, the beds were comfortable and the daily breakfast was tasty.

Rooms needed to be cleaner. We found hair in our bathroom upon entry to the room, water spots on the mirror, and dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. They are minor issues, and will not make it break out decision to stay here again, just little details that need to be taken care of.

The location is only 15 mints from airport by drive. They have parking available free of cost. The hotel has gym, laundry and swimming pool. Breakfast was an average.

We booked room for 4 adult and they gave us only 1 king size bed and sofa bed. It was difficult to manage for 4 persons. Hotel provide cleaning services every 2nd day. On 2nd day we requested for cleaning service and i personally requested with supervisor but when we returned the room was not cleaned which was little disappointed.

The staff was very kind, respectful, welcoming and sweet. The room was bigger than I expected, we were extremely happy with it. It had everything we needed and more!

Be ready to pay more than priced. Our stay was supposed to be around $480 and we ended up paying more than $750.

Breakfast was basic: oat meal, bread (without toppings), cereal, yogurt fruits and some warm dishes (pancakes, eggs..). Good start for the day. Our 18month old toddler got her own crib, which was nice! King size bed is VERY spacious and good. We stayed in a suite with separate living area and it was perfect for traveling with family when kids go to sleep earlier than adults. During our second stay here we had 2BR suite as we had extended family with us. Both BR have their own toilets so it was perfect. To get to city center you can use free shuttle bus, but it does take more time and train to the city center is quite pricey. We stayed here twice and our second time we decided to rent a car for our stay. It was perfect as parking was free and location of the hotel is quite good as highways are near by. Nearby the hotel there is few good restaurants in walking distance but larger shopping would require car or public transport. Staff was great and helpful! We liked the hotel that much that we decided to stay here again. And i would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in Toronto.

Sofa bed was not too comfortable. First expected that it would be easier to get to the city with public transit. But as it turns out it is not that simple.

The staff ensured that our stay was a great experience. We had a situation where we were told a different time for breakfast but we ended up coming down late and breakfast was close. The staff ensured that we were still accommodated and they served each of us breakfast and made sure we had everything we needed!

We needed to ask for extra everything. I would thought the suite we got should have enough of shampoo/conditional, toothpaste, toilet paper etc. This is because the suite was meant for 5 individuals. But everything there was just meant for one person. We kept asking for extra.

Everything was alright. We stayed there only for 1 night, it was clouse to the airport. The area was quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast but perhaps it is local standard, food served on paper or plastic caps and plates, no vegetables, it´s different than in Europe.

Beds were a bit firm but comfy, pillows VERY soft so be warned you may need a few (already provided in the closet) if you need your head raised. Booking pool time was easy but people definitely took advantage of the fact that no one was going to kick them out if no one said anything and you had to kind of awkwardly wait to see if the previous group was ever going to leave lol. Front staff was very kind. The rooms were very cool in the sense that you actually have separate areas. Would be good for multiple nights!

Pool was a bit small, and parking was…not good. Not the staffs fault but might be good to have parking security because people parked like absolute idiots and took up multiple spots. We had to drive around 6-8 times before someone left to nab their spot. There would have been multiple spots if people actually parked properly!! There were some old stains on the lowest sheets which we saw the next morning.

WE stayed before in 2022 and were so please with everything that we booked again, It was handy for our daughter and her family to fetch us so we could spend more quality time with them. Its a bit like a home from home.
