Very convenient location. frequent transfers from the airport to the suites, every 30 minutes by minibus. We used this to get to the suites and then the next day to get back to the airport and train station to have a day in Toronto. Breakfast was excellent, my grandchildren loved the waffles and the pool, although small, was clean and available all the day. The room was quiet, except for the air conditioning, and very large and the beds comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant in one of the hotels nearby and a small snack bar in the hotel. There was another snack bar in the hotel with the restaurant which offered sandwiches and fruit and had more items. Lovely view of the sunrise from the rooms

The hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from the airport although I do not get specific information about it from booking.com when I booked. It is near the airport, and the bus driver is punctual.

The facilities are a little bit old. The carpet in the room does not seem very clean. If they can tell the guests that the shuttle bus comes to the airport every thirty minutes automatically(not necessarily upon request) beforehand, it will be better. Besides, there are more than one Hampton hotel buses to different Hamptons. Do not get on the wrong bus. The price is high.

Breakfast was plenty, but didn't taste well. Coffee didn't taste good; egg was dry. Muffins were cold. But there are everything you need: yogurts, fruits, wafers, toast, muffins, tea, coffee, decaf, oatmeals etc. Free shuttle bus from the Pearson Internationa Airport. Spacious room.

For one hour late, it won't let me cancel the reservation. One of the two laundry machine sets doesn't work at all. It should be taken out of the room. I had to uninstall my VPN in order to use its WiFi network service.

Room was large. Free fruit available at any time. The shuttle to and from the airport that ran every half hour - made it very convenient to get downtown via the train from the airport. We had to leave before breakfast started so can’t comment on that, but they did provide a “ to go breakfast” of water, apple and a bagel.

Felt it was overpriced for what it was - rooms felt a bit dated - but I guess that’s just a function of being close to the airport. The fan for the air con was quite loud. There didn’t seem to be much around it in terms of places to eat etc. We had the time and went downtown, but if you’re on a short stay over, options are limited.

- Friendly and helpful staff. - Good breakfast - Self serve Hot drinks always available - Good size room - Allowed us to check out late. - Kept hold of our luggage after check out.

- The bin in the room was annoying as it had a division but bin bag was only one so it wasn't properly set. - Nobody was able to help us bring our Suitcases to our rooms for us. Kids and I struggled to take the trolleys upstairs especially after a tiring flight. Pork sausages were kept too close to scrambled eggs..so someone who is not allowed to eat pork would worry about the spoons mixing of these 2 items. I feel there should be perhaps eggs and beans in one pair of dishes as these ho together nicely. The separate dish should have meat/pork items.

We appreciated the prompt and courteous service of the shuttle driver and the warm welcome when we checked in. The check in was quick and included treats which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was good, on time and when our shuttle arrived the desk clerk announced it so we were sure to catch it.

We liked everything. Perhaps a night light in the bathroom (often found on the hair dryer holder) would be nice.

The essentials were good, clean place, good bed, functional room with place to work, internet, friendly staff. Half hourly shuttle to airport which takes 8 minutes or so. Not exactly cheap but OK price for Toronto standards.

It's nice 25 Celsius (77F) outside. Why would anyone want to cool the room down artificially to 17C?? The max the air conditioning would do was 22, pleasant enough but still unnecessary waste of energy (mosquito nets weren't there so better not to open the window, which of course would've made AC superfluous). Breakfast was OK but too much one-way material.

The proximity to the airport was ridiculously super close for the cost of the stay with free airport hotel shuttle between the airport and hotel. The breakfast was good. I had not realise until post-breakfast that there was lemon water in a cooler available at the lobby area for everyone to drink.

1) Lack of water bottles in the room. The lemon water cooler dispenser at the lobby was probably meant as a substitute for that. 2) The blackout curtains were permanently (immovable) stationed at the sides of the window with the car park and all nearby lights/flood lights being super bright which can severely disturb a good night's rest if one didn't have an eye mask. 3) At the lobby for breakfast, I wish there were more savoury healthy vegetable options but overall good enough.

The hotel is close to the airport. It had a kitchenette without a cooker but its got a microwave and a fridge. Breakfast was good , The hotel is okay for a short stay. The staff were nice and the shuttle driver that took me to the airport is a great guy.

The TV didn't have modern facilities to connect to the WiFi so I couldn't watch YouTube or Netflix. The TV channels available were boring except the news.

It would help if the hotel puts a FAQ on their site about the minimum age limit to check into the hotel. I didn’t realise it was 21 years of age in Toronto (it is 20 years of age in Kingston, where my son is studying). In the UK it is 18. This would be helpful for overseas students or visitors. I had to send an authorisation email to the hotel to allow my 20 year old son to check in. Mandeep Singh was brilliant and actioned this request promptly.
