Very Clean and well maintained facility Staff was super great as we were met at the front door by staff with a "Welcome" Easy check in a a great Gal who ran the breakfast room - Keep up the great work everyone !!!

The heating in the suite was a bit screwed up - Heating unit in one room but nothing in the adjoining room other than a Rube Goldberg pipe that went thru a wall to the next room with very little air blowing out. The bedroom was very cool and it was only the middle of November

Beds were super comfy, even the pullout couch bed!! Breakfast was decent, a little lacking in imagination but it got the job done. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location convenient to Niagara and Niagara on the lake. Property borders a scenic canal and Park area.

Towels are made with sandpaper. Facility seems to be on the older side. Carpets rippled, need to be stretched, floors undulate.

I liked the staff except one... Lin was very nice, and she was very kind .

in the day we arrived after 7 hour's drive from Montreal, it was around 8PM, no one was in the reception, we have to wait 15 mn !! it was very bad to come to the hotel and no one attending or even note on the front desk i did little noise (hellooooooo call to the reception but nothing...) then came out very rude guy and tell me not to do noise, offence my child (take out your Garbisch. was food and personal staf) If I was not I was going out from the hotel . then Lin change all (in the days after) also I reported to the staff that 5 cigars wher missing after the first day they clean my room

It was a great place to stay. The breakfast is great in the morning. It’s so nice to have the option to make our own meals in the room as well. Only thing that would be nice is if the fridge was bigger but there is only so much space. We really found we saved money on our stay by making our own meals and not buying meals at restaurants. We will be going back again for sure

Breakfast was good, the menu was written for each day. The location was perfect for the event that i had to attend to, not even 5 minutes by car. I was there last year, liked it so i booked the same hotel this year. The room is spacious, bed very comfy.

Kitchenette with plates and utensils. Good coffee maker in the room. Quiet - no loud road noises or higway. Windows open Shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower

Carpeted - prefer no carpet due to smells, mold, allergies The Shower curtain was too short and made the shower a challenge in the morning.

The breakfast was a very good value with scrambled eggs, home fries, ham (1 day) and sausage (1 day).

We had a herd of elephants above me. Very loud floor creaking above us. My husband and I heard every step that they made. They woke us up at 1:00 am one morning and at 5:00 am another morning. The floor creaking noise was not enjoyable. We knew every time that they were in their room.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, gave the hotel a much more homely feel. For example, they lent us a toaster and kettle which aren't normally available in the rooms. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of room and loads of storage.

Some of the furnishings are a little bit tired, certainly not up to the level of some more modern hotels and suites. Some of the facilities in the room also, for example the fridge was a little small for a kitchenette. There's no guest laundry, which feels a little unusual for a suites type hotel.

Breakfast was satisfactory. I liked the English muffin I toasted and the sunflower seeds but wished there had been some dried fruit like blueberries, apricots or cherries to add to the seeds. Pumpkin seeds and slivered almonds would be nice too. The coffee was very good and I liked the eggs but my husband missed sausages.

Location was perfect, we were there for a regatta, very close to the course. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size, we had a suite, it was comfortable and had the right space for what we needed. Very clean. I was impressed with the kitchenette. Breakfast was one of the best we've experienced at any hotel stay, and the server was lovely. Everyone was very cheerful and efficient.

Bit more expensive than I'd expected, but a very good experience.
