Adult son has Autism and was very anxious. One way he calms himself is by searching the web on his pc at home. He sat in the libby for a couple of hours on that pc and no one bothered him and were polite and helpful. Breakfast room staff and front desk clerk who checked us in were warm and friendly, helpful a d accommodating, patient, professional and kind. Also they were patient with our very poor French.
Sheets were clean, beds were comfortable, but floor, microwave and fridge were dirty and two small mayo packets left from a previous guest were in the back of the fridge. Kind of gross. But I dont fault the housekeeping staff. You usually dont give them enough time, enough pay or a proper vacuum to properly clean a room thoroughly.

The property was clean and comfortable.
The property was quite pricy given how dated and old the hotel was. Not worth the price tag but they seem to get a lot of buses of youth sports teams. So they can charge more and get away with it. This also causes the hotel to not be very quiet at night. The breakfast was average.

Nice options for breakfast. Having sliding doors leading to outside made taking my dog for a walk easy. The rooms themselves are quite soundproof, although it can be a bit noisy if neighbouring guests are sitting in the chairs outside their rooms.

Clean, nicely located . Pleasant staff
Wanted a main floor room but nothing was available. The stairs were somewhat difficult as I have sore knees. But I understand that I should have requested it in advance.

the comfort of the room, the friendly staff, the complementary breakfast ( simple but right what you need and you need to leave quick and early), the patio door making it easy to take the dog out!
the patio door wasn’t easy to open… one of the doors was always getting stuck.

The breakfast is great and the air conditioning is great too. The bed was a total rest.
A Smart TV would be better, and cleaning the room's carpet would have been very good.
