There was no restaurant to get food after 10pm. This should also be open until 11pm.

Nice large rooms, wonderful to have access to the spa. Easy to find and a useful location for us, though there's nothing really picturesque about the shopping malls around! Definitely great value for money

The rooms are a bit sparse and lack character. Given the way the hotel markets itself, and the idea of a spa hotel, it would be nice to put a bit more effort into making the rooms feel a bit more welcoming. It wouldn't take much: a cushion, another print on the wall, something to make it feel less bare.

Great location- lots of businesses in the area for meals, shopping and activities. As well, very easy to get to other places. Jacuzzi and sauna area were great, not busy (but a steady stream of occupants) and the place was spotlessly clean.

Not thrilled to have maids knocking on the door at 9am but that's our fault for not putting DND sign on door.

Check in was VERY fast and easy. Rooms were very clean. They went out of their way to provide us with a handwritten note to wish us a wonderful anniversary and even gave us a complimentary champagne bottle. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Definitely a great place to stay! We did not use any of the amenities but they looked really great!

It was modern, clean and comfortable. The Mr. And I stayed there after a full day at Spa Nordic. It was about 15min away from the spa. We had a late dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very nice too. All in all great stay and good value for the money.

It was late when we got there..and mid October so we never got to use any of the outdoor amenities that our room overlooked.

It was a cute little hotel with a beautiful spa (sauna inside and large hotubs outside) with lots of seating. An empty fridge for you to bring your own snacks. Great location and only 20 min drive to the airport

There was not much that I was u happy about. Wished that the spa area was open until 11pm instead of 10pm but that would be it.

The property was nice considering the location

 The price was very high and the restaurant. Specifically the service wasn’t up to par as the waitress we had was paying a lot more attention to the party table she had and we had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour for food.

I love the spa pool and the ambiance of the hotel.

I would love to have breakfast at the hotel. You have a beautiful restaurant, they should offer breakfast or at least continental breakfast.

Everything connected to the room met expectations.

The restaurant Rumeur was mediocre at best. Food was very slow being served. We waited over half an hour for our meal to be served. The quality and flavor was poor. My wife had onion soup that was of poor taste and the escargot was just okay. I had the ribs which were just okay. Edible but nothing special for the price . Hôtel-good, Restaurant poor.
