We got an upgraded room which was excellent for the price we paid, it had a fridge/freezer and microwave which was great to have and was well decorated. Nice view over the jungle from the balcony and the general feel of the hotel was nicer than the photos suggest. AC worked well. 30 min walk to the closest beach (though down a very steep hill!) and a 1 min walk to a well-stocked supermarket and the bus running regularly between Quepos and the national park.

We got very cold at night with the AC on (but too humid without it) so an extra thin blanket in addition to the sheet would have been welcome. Only one glass of juice allowed at breakfast- felt a bit stingy as we weren't coffee drinkers which was unlimited. WiFi connectivity was poor in our room. The hob in the room didn't work but luckily we found out before we bought any food to cook on it.

The staff on both shifts were very friendly and approachable and this compensated much for other inconveniences. The hotel is nicely positioned between MA beach/park and Quepos, close to cafes and restaurants. It is a cosy place with a nice layout. The room was small, but comfortable. It's nice that they have a swimming pool.

There was a discrepancy between the room which I booked and the room which I was offered and it made the check in a bit eventful and disappointing. The photos assigned to the room were misleading, eventually booking refunded me a small amount for the room.

The attention was exceptional, very clean, there are great options to eat next to the hotel, also a grocery store! They have many areas to rest next to the pool. The monkeys visited us when we were having breakfast. They had our room ready before check in time, so they let us in and we’re really grateful for that. The receptionist helped us a lot when choosing where to eat at night, great recommendation btw.

The cabin bed was a little noisy when the person who was in the top moved. The queen bed was perfect:)

Staff was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming (though if you are not a Spanish speaker, be warned they do not speak English). I felt right at home! Pool area and courtyard were beautiful and we even saw a monkey at breakfast! Our room was clean.

Not necessarily a complaint, but be warned that the budget triple is practically a closet. Much smaller than expected but we still had a good and comfortable stay. Our TV did not work.

The staff was so amazing and friendly. They make sure you feel at home, especially in the morning for breakfast. I like how safe and trustworthy the place and the staff is. They frontdesk lady even helped me with the phone chip so I could have data outside. The location is perfect and close to a lot of good restaurants and supermarkets. I literally had nothing bad to say about the place, I had a wonderful stay without any complaints.

The only thing that I can suggest as a TIP, is to make like a sign for each room so the guests can put in front of the door if they don't want housekeeping. Cause not every day i necessarily needed the housekeeping service.

Daniel is a Kind and gentle-spoken man. He is very helpful with good advice. The beds were the most comfortable we slept in with proper cotton sheets. The rooms are clean and spacious enough and done every day if you wish. The hotel is on the Main road but most rooms face the courtyard. Very convenient for taking the bus to the National Park or Quepos. The Pool is very well maintained and refreshing to have a dip after a hot day!.

Depending on what room you have, if there is no balcony, there isn't anywhere to hang up wet towels and bathing suits. Dogs barking a lot.. no fault of the hotel, that is pretty normal for Costa Rica.

The pool was very clean and refreshing. We liked the common area where could hang out and swim, read a book, converse. The breakfast was very good with generous portions.

We feel conflicted about the monkeys that came in at breakfast. While it was cool to see we thought tourists should be discouraged from feeding wildlife

We stayed in the triple bedroom so had enough space for the two of us. Room had a kitchenette and a big fridge. Fan. Aircon. TV. Safe (which did not work in our case though). a shelf with some hangers for clothes. terrace to the courtyard with the pool. small parking lot in front of the house. location was good, next to a supermarket and within 250m of some restaurants (Vista Verde and some Indian such as Namaste).

breakfast was very basic but still ok for the price we paid. we understand it is low season and some places utilize low occupancy for maintenance but drilling and hammering early in the morning is not what we wanted to wake up with.

The location is 1/2 way between Quepos & Man Antonio which for me was ideal. A 40m walk to 2 supermarkets and a few minutes walk to Restraunts. The Hotel is impeccably clean and staff are VERY friendly and helpful. Nothing is an effort from staff many times singing while they work. An unmistakable sign of good energy. I will ALWAYS recommend this Hotel to anyone without hesitation. 🙂

Staff was fantastic. Daniel at reception makes real effort to remember names and make sure they are cared for. Breakfast team is lovely and helpful. Always with a smile. Rooms are spacious, quite and clean. There is a full sized fridge in a room that is very handy. Fan and aircon working well. Hotel is also located in the middle between national park and Quepos which makes it a perfect walk towards both direction without too much trouble.

I genuinely enjoyed everything about my stay, If I had to pick one thing is that cleaners change towels irrespective of them not being put on the floor (as advised if need washing) would be great if they didn't and saved water a bit more.
