We loved this hotel - it was the perfect base for exploring Split. We had originally booked a loft room but were upgraded on arrival to a superior room. The room was spacious and the aircon was great. Our room was cleaned daily and a 0.75L bottle of water was left for us to drink each day which was a lovely touch. Robes and slippers were provided and the hotel had a luxurious feel. The shower was great. We had issues with our tv in our room but once we notified reception this was promptly fixed. A wardrobe and safe were provided.

There was no proper bar at the hotel so no where to get a cocktail on return. Nothing else to mention, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel experience itself is definitely nice. However the most wonderful part of Fermai is definitely the staff. Big thanks to Branimir & Zvonimir saving us from got ripped off by a crazy taxi fraud. These two Supermen flew to us as soon as I hanged up my SOS call as the taxi driver was trying to charge us 186 euro from port of split to the hotel with his magic meter. Normally it cost around 20 euro… Especially Branimir helped to negotiate and guard us to move ourselves and our huge luggages out from the car. We ended up only paid what he deserved. Nevertheless, we believe this is not common in Croatia as everyone we met during our trips in Split and Hvar so far are super nice and sincere. This guy is totally an exception. Wish this won’t happen to anyone again.

A bit hard to find the main entrance which is off the main road. But the staff at front desk helped to put in the right pickup location for our Uber pickup.

The room was really clean and modern. Bed was so comfortable. It's a beautiful building. Staff were lovely from front reception to breakfast staff. They had a refreshment station which offered guests chilled elderflower infused water which is such a small thing but a really nice touch. Breakfast was delicious (get the sausages!). I also enjoyed the location which is just a 10 min walk to the port and to the entrance of Diocletian's palace. It's close by but away from all the hubbub of being situated right inside the palace walls which is pedestrian only and a maze of little streets, meaning your taxi can't go all the way inside and you'll have to find your way in yourself.

Everything was great. For a four star accommodation, would have been nice to have more facilities like room service or a restaurant for dinner, but overall I really enjoyed my experience there and would come back.

A charming boutique hotel. The property itself is beautiful and decorated with good taste. The service was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was stylish, providing every comfort we could have hoped for. The breakfast was good, with a variety of tasty options to start the day. Additionally, the location was ideal, conveniently situated for exploring the best of the area. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

Very convenient location close to the historic town centre. On a busy road, but quiet at night and the windows are triple glazed. Very friendly & helpful staff with a delicious spread at breakfast, including freshly cooked egg options. The standard comfort rooms are a little on the small side, but our kids had an attic room which was very nice!

Our Comfort Room was fairly compact, but just as advertised and perfectly adequate for a few nights. Despite arriving around midnight due to road closures on our drive from Dubrovnik we received a warm welcome, and staff continued to impress us throughout our stay. The location is excellent for walking everywhere. We had the hotel breakfast a couple of times; it was excellent quality and great value. We also especially appreciated the flavoured waters in the lobby on our return from long walks in the sunshine and we loved the environmental considerations.

An absolutely stunning building, a real jewel of the city's architecture. The interiors were amazing too, I love a theme!! It was clean, comfy and every detail was there - robes, nice molton brown products, slippers, everything.

Location isn't amazing - we looked out onto a building site - but still good for exploring the city. While the breakfast buffet was great, the eggs benedict we ordered were absolutely foul. They should NOT be on the menu as they don't resemble the dish at all. Also the waiter at breakfast was really grumpy and made us feel like a nuisance.

Liked everything. Indeed a unique place and a beautiful design hotel. Spacious rooms, nice breakfast and specially in love with the smell of the hotel cosmetic.

One thing I didn’t like was that every time after houskeeping- the lady keep on move all my stuff to her own idea. Like all my shoes, all my stuff and cosmetics were moved to a completely different places and organized to her own mind. That was hard to handle) cause I really don’t like someone to take my private things.

Clean, bright, good but noisy location, helpful staff.

It was very noisy at night with the balcony doors & windows opened. We had to keep them opened for ventilation as the airconditioner did not function when a designated temperature was reached, rendering the room rather stuffy.

We only stayed here for 1-night but our first impression was that the staff was super friendly, very service minded and professional. We were very stressed when arriving (had forgot our passports on island outside of Split), so the hotel was supportive and also upgraded us free of charge. The hotel does not look fancy from the outside but the room was amazing and very luxurius. The room we had was very spacious and the design feels very exclusive. Beatiful. The hotel is located about a 5-10 min walk from where all of the buzz is. We really liked that. It has a smaller boutique hotel kind of feel to it. Very nice.

Since we only stayed 1-night we did not have time to explore the hotels amenities, cleaning etc. Nothing to remark on.
