Good location, helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms and excellent shower pressure. When our arrival was delayed than initially planned, the reception diligently reached out to inform and check on our revised arrival time as the reception operates until 21:00 hrs. The reception helped pack a few croissants for the kids as we checked out before the breakfast opening time.
The breakfast only starts at 7:30 and was the same all days. The entrance is narrow with a door (accessible by card) with a handful stairs leading to the reception. For a family with 2 young children it was a bit of a hassle to move the luggage / stroller up the stairs while my wife held the door open and with the children close to her.

The location is fantastic, just one block from the old city. The room is spacious and nicely decorated, with a cozy balcony. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel and rooms are very comfortable, making it a place you’re always happy to return to.
The wifi was terrible, and the cleaning could have been better. Breakfast was okay, but there were no vegetables and basic items like sugar or lemon was sometimes missing. The breakfast options were not rotated and often served cold (e.g., scrambled eggs). Things to note: - The hotel has no elevator, but it only has two floors. - Parking is tight, so be prepared. - Only two towels per person are provided, and no beach towels are available. I’d appreciate clearer parking instructions in advance, perhaps by marking lines on a map. You’ll need to drive about 30 meters through a pedestrian zone, which only becomes clear after speaking to the front desk or seeing it in person.

A beautiful, convenient place to stay to see Split. We could walk everywhere easily from the hotel. There was a market a block away and a good pizzeria less than a block away. We had a balcony room and it was roomy with vaulted ceilings and a small fridge that worked well. I would definitely stay here again!
The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the air conditioning. It didn’t cool the room much until our final night there and then it made up for the other two days by being freezing.

My room was a generous size with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and I appreciated being able to get a decent cup of espresso. The staff were friendly and helpful, wifi worked well, and the location just a few minutes walk outside the old city suited us, as everywhere was walkable but it was relatively quiet at night.
There was a kettle in the room but only fruit tea bags, no coffee. It would have been a nice gesture to offer some sort of boxed/ bagged breakfast when we had to check out early on the last morning to catch our ferry.

Azur Palace rooms are located just outside of Split's wall. Very close to restaurants and local attractions. Breakfast was included in our stay which was very enjoyable, with a wide selection of foods to choose from. We enjoyed sitting in the terrace area with friends for drinks at the end of day of exploring. Hotel has a few spots for parking for a fee, which was very useful to park our hire car during our stay.
No lift, but the friendly reception staff helped us carry our luggage to our rooms after checkin.

The hotel is in a great location, easy to find, and easy access to local amenities and sights. Really helpful staff, who were responsive to email prior to our stay, and held our luggage for us prior to check in. The room was really clean, large and well stocked. We definitely felt like we were staying in luxury. Unfortunately we had to check out prior to breakfast, however we had some breakfast dropped off at 9pm the evening before check out so we didn’t miss out. Thank you for a great stay!!

We stayed for three nights at Azur Palace and were very impressed with everything about the hotel. The rooms were fairly spacious and clean, the air conditioning was very good and quiet and the breakfast was tasty. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and polite and we felt well looked after.
The only slight negative was the lack of comfortable seating in the room itself, it would have been nice to have had a small sofa or comfortable chairs to sit in, the only chair in the room was hard and foldable and there was only one. But as we were mostly out this did not effect the enjoyment of our stay.

The room was nice and good set up for our family of kids ages 8 and 10. The location is great and with parking was essential for us. It only took 10 min to get anywhere we wanted to explore in Split. They have a cold and very cold water station at the buffet which is a plus for filling water bottles. They also have indoor and outdoor eating seating.
The sound above us woke us up many times especially the first night, second night was better. The breakfast buffet is basic.

The staff knew we were arriving a bit early, and rather than just holding our luggage for us, they had our room ready and checked us in. The room was unexpectedly spacious for being in a historical building so close to Old Town, and it was very clean. We also enjoyed the courtyard. Breakfast is continental; there was a good selection, the food was tasty and beautifully presented, and the coffee was prepared to order and very good. The location is excellent: on a quiet side street just a couple blocks from Diocletian's Palace.
I looked for a staff member a few times during the day and couldn't find anyone. There was tea in the room (unclear if it was herbal or caffeinated), but no option for coffee outside of the continental breakfast. These are both minor issues. My only caution is, if you're unable to carry your suitcase up a staircase, see if you can get a first-floor room, as there's no elevator. I imagine the front desk staff would help with luggage if asked, but it's not standard for them to offer, at least for us. (We didn't ask since we can manage our luggage on stairs without assistance, so this isn't something I didn't like; it's just something to be aware of before making reservations.)

The staff were so nice !! From the women / man at the reception desk , to the people at the breakfast they were helpful, i really felt welcomed ! Thanks to all ! 🙏🏽✨️💜 The room was fresh, even in August, i could sleep without AC, amazing. It was really quiet, couldnt hear a noise from outside ! I was at the second building , it was perfect . The location is central +++
I could hear the neighbors next door, smashing the doors very late at night and early morning, speaking so loud. People without manners 😡!! Apart that super quiet . 😴
