The apartment provided ample space and comfort, making for a delightful stay. Its prime location added to the overall appeal, making it convenient to access nearby attractions and amenities. There is a supermarket less than 5 mins walk from the apartment. The presence of a well-equipped kitchen was particularly advantageous, allowing guests the freedom to prepare meals according to their preferences. Additionally, the bathroom maintained good standards of cleanliness and offered generous dimensions, enhancing the overall experience of comfort and convenience.

Upon our arrival at the apartment, we encountered some cleanliness issues with the sofabeds and bedsheets. Hair and stains were noticeable, detracting from the overall appeal and comfort of the accommodations.

I have stayed at Letna Garden Suites before and found the location ideal. Although it is not in the heart of Prague it has some lovely bars and restaurants close by. The centre of Prague is within walking distance but there are trams nearby for those with walking difficulties. The apartment is large and has most of the facilities needed for a short stay.

The apartment felt a little tired. The shower cubicle had not been cleaned properly for some time, the shower head was broken, the floors need to be properly cleaned, the waste bin in the bathroom had not been emptied since the last guests stayed, and the kitchen crockery was limited and uncoordinated.

Very clean apartment, had everything you need for a short or long stay (full kitchen, washer etc). Comfortable bed. Location was not in the city but a tram stop was only a few minutes walk, very easy to use and for to get around the city from here.

It was very hot when we went and the fan in the room was not enough to cool off. Upgraded cooling fan is required to enable a great nights sleep. Resident pulling a wheelie bin down the stairs one early morning to put it outside was a bit of a let down, very noisy. Don’t let this put you off as it’s a lovely apartment even will this negative moment.

The room was really spacious, the bed was really confortable, it had a washing machine and a small but pretty good balcony. It was well cleaned and overall a really nice place. It is close to a Billa and a tram station, making it easy to get to the city centre. You might get through your stay without seeing any staff- they place the forms they need in the room and you just have to leave it in the indoors mail box, as well as the room key when checking-out. They let us keep our luggage in the hotel after check-out, but only until 16h (thats when the cleaning lady was leaving).

The kitchen was well equiped, however the oven didnt have any grid, making it hard to use.

Location is perfect. 15 min of walking to the old town. Apartments are in good conditions and large enought for a family of 4 persones. Park, tech museum, grocery, tram station are nearby. The owner replies at every request.

No parking around to leave a car for a long time - you should think about this issue early to avoid any stress.

Great location, 20 mins walk through a lovely park into the old town or a one minute walk to the tram. Clean, modern, large apartment with excellent kitchen facilities, lovely shower and super comfy large bed. Great communication from hosts. We had a couple of minor issues (eg. no iron) and items were delivered within half an hour! Excellent service. We loved the beer bath in the basement too!

The cost isn't taken immediately and it's taken in euros. I wish I'd read that properly as my bank charges currency fees and I would have used a different card.

The apartment was good value for money, spacious and comfortable. No coffee machine but there is a kettle. There’s a full kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. I was pleasantly surprised.

My only real complaint was that the television didn’t work. I messaged the proprietor but didn’t get a response. On checkout they contacted me and I mentioned it again, they apologised and said they would get it fixed. Too late for me though.

It was good location, spacious, relatively calm (even though a couple of mornings there were noises coming from the main entrance door), perhaps someone was trying to get in and they were knocking. The apartment was clean. Getting in was very easy.

The instructions for checking-in should not be given only few hours before arrival, but 24 hours before the trip. They were sent only 3-4 hours before arrival and that corresponds to the time of traveling etc. Kitchen silverware can be improved and there was no coffee machine. The TV remote control was very difficult to operate and there were no English channels.

Good location, great vibe in the nightlife in the middle of the park nearby. Nice baguette place nearby and tram stops are nearby. Also close is the private underground parking space for 16€ per 24/h.

Shelves and walls could have been cleaner. The check-in and -out information can be lacking a bit - make sure to ask everything 24h in advance, especially If you do not have Whatsapp, or you wont have information for how to access your room or where to leave the keys later. The information did not resch us through sms or booking.com. Not many dishes and no means for washing them without dishwasher that was already full. Also someone took their trash out by dragging 3 bins down the hallway every morning at 8. That woke us up for sure.
