We were already staying elsewhere that was unsatisfactory and were looking for an alternative for the rest of our stay in Perth. Before booking we asked if there was a room we could see to make sure we were not repeating a bad experience. The receptionist took us in hand for a complete inspection of a couple of rooms including the facilities we would likely be interested in using. She was very pleasant and accommodating as were all staff with whom we came in contact. The comments below are trivial in the scheme of things, but as a previous owner of a kitchen and bathroom renovation business I can't help but notice functional aspects of design and layout. And you did ask for feedback.

I couldn't figure out why there was little towel/clothes hanging options in the ensuite? There was a large picture above the toilet roll holder, where for us, a double towel rack would have been preferable. A couple of of simple clothes hooks on the wall behind the door would have made it impossible for me to have anything to say in this box.

Wonderful location right in the middle of one of the most vibrant nightlife spots in Perth. Plenty of great restaurants and bars around. Still, the room was really quiet. It was high up with a nice view, a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and modern and the shower was great as was the toilet. Excellent value for money at the time of the year, and definitely the best stay of our Western Australia trip. The staff were excellent and super friendly and polite.

I liked everything, but one thing they could add that would be great would be their own parking. We parked at a nearby parking, which was pretty close, but it would still be more comfortable if the hotel had its own parking.

Everything. We really enjoyed our stay. This was our second visit and we will return. The hotel is very accessible for me with me using my walking frame or stick, and the staff understanding of my hearing impairment.

Parking is an issue, but the staff do a lot to alleviate this, assisting with check-in and check-out, and there is an unloading bay at the front door. We parked our car in the City of Perth parking in Roe Street, which was reccomended by the hotel, and left it there for the duration of our stay. Most things we wanted to access were within walking distance, and we used a taxi for a short, night time excursion into the CBD when it was raining.

Staff are very friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to ensure guests are comfortable and well :) , especially with the cold weather which my father and I needed some time to adapt to on the first day (early morning) when we arrived (it was colder than we expected). I appreciate the check-in messages as well during the stay, though I'd have to apologise for not being able to reply all of them as I was busy planning for the short time we were there. Grateful for this personal touch which is really nice :) the panoramic view was awesome too and I like how the location is pretty central and accessible via CAT buses, grab or even on foot. Thanks!

Sometimes at night, we have problems sleeping due to the loud music from the pubs downstairs, something which I didn't expect too until we were there. On hindsight, should have asked if we could request for a room change.

I really appreciate the reception staff, especially the Asian guest manager (i didn't see his name on the badge 😔）, his professionalism has shown in communication and manner. His humour made me a pleasure check-in. Btw thanks for welcome cookie. It's delicious but I forgot to buy a can of it.

Um.... I know something in room may not be used for a long time, as I could see dust on a hairdryer. The chair, has a stain which should be left a long time, so I didn't sit on it.

The food was amazing I got room service my first night, steak and pork belly it was incredible. The room was a great size. The staff were super friendly and everything was so easy!! I think for a stay cation in W.A you really can't look elsewhere. We all know how dodgy Northbridge is and this is really a diamond in the rough.

I really can't think of too much, maybe the pool area, it seemed like it was a real party area but there was nothing on. But it could very well be different on Weekends. The pool also closed at 6pm which I thought was really early.

I would highly recommend this hotel. I really liked how the staff accommodated us during our stay. From the start, we felt so welcomed when they gave us a complimentary drink and cookies, as we were celebrating our special day as a couple. Whenever we had a request, they acted promptly. The buffet breakfast was excellent; everything I wanted was there, from rice and bread to fruits and cereals. I also requested a sunny-side-up egg, which they cooked perfectly to my taste—I couldn’t ask for more. The room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. I loved the view from outside our room, as it was located at the corner side of the hotel. It was peaceful, though on Saturday evening, I could hear some noise from outside. The noise was tolerable, but I can imagine how people on the lower floors might have managed. Haha! Overall, it was a wonderful stay at this hotel. We wanted to say thank you to Alex and the rest of the staff for providing us with a memorable experience. We really appreciate the service they provided.

They don’t have a bidet in the toilet, but it’s still okay since we can immediately shower after using the toilet.

The only issue is when I checked the guy was checking someone in and hein who was on the other counter didn't look up and doing something with envelopes and the guy said the lady will help me. Then she looked up after me standing there for 5 mins. Ask for id and provided. Then she seems couldn't find my booking via a web site. Then doing something. Ask for a king bed and she said it will be $40. Extra. So checked in got 2 single beds. To tired to complain as it was a interconnectioning room. Wasnt happy. Guest service should mention it's a connecting room. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel.

Service at reception. Staff should keep an eye on guest coming in and acknowledge them there won't be a moment and not keep there head down

Loved the shower, nice and big with two different shower heads, both with multiple pressure settings. There was also a curtain that went up so that you could see the room, not sure it's exact purpose but I've got a fair idea lol

This obviously won't apply for everyone but if you suffer with a neurodivergent disorder or are traveling with some one who has a neurodivergent disorder, then you might want to choose another location or don't go outside at night on the weekends. The only reason I say this, is because: it's on the main drag of Northbridge, the weekend night life may have a slight effect on those who don't necessarily like loud drunken crowds

The breakfast could use some attention in the way of advertising that you do omelets to order and also refreshing the hot food more frequently by putting out less of it and topping it up more regularly. As in my opinion the food lacked in Seasoning and care but I still had an enjoyable experience and will be back just might have breakfast elsewhere.
