We were able to see Mt. Fuji from our room on the 34th floor. Nice breakfast where we met lots of friendly people. We took the Shinkansen (Bullet Train) to Shinyokohama station from Hiroshima. Tourist information at the train station helpfully directed us to the hotel which was just five minutes away. Lots of places to eat close by. Good train station for a day trip to Kamakura. The Shinyokohama Ramen Museum, a ten minute walk away from the hotel, was an unexpected joy to visit. Bus to Haneda Airport was about $6.00 and picked us up at the hotel.

We would have liked a bit more storage space, but that's the trade off you typically make in popular urban centers in Japan for a reasonably priced room, larger room versus amazing location.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at and would have no hesitation staying there again. Has an excellent western breakfast selection and the breakfast restaurant is very large with plenty of room to move around in even when busy. The coin op laundry although not used by myself has enough machines & seemed to be not much used. Small 24hr 7Eleven off lift lobby is very appreciated. Although the hotel is 42 floors the lifts are fast, plentiful and you don't have to wait very long for one to arrive at your floor. Room was a good size with good bathroom & larger than most tub/shower; my room on L16 had good views to the mountains and Tokyo. Room eco cleaning choice was appreciated. Easy walk to Nissan Stadium and very close to Yokohama Arena and the Shin Yokohama station with airport limousine bus to the front door.

Nothing "didn't go well" while I stayed in this hotel. Slightly dismayed that the large beautiful flower arrangements in lobby and lift lobby were artificial, excellent quality but Ive stayed in lesser hotels that had similar arrangements with real flowers tended to daily (this didn't detract in any way my enjoyment at staying at the Shin-Yokohama Prince Hotel).

Staff were friendly, and were able to accommodate my English. Fast checkout via machine was available after 5am. Breakfast buffet included steak and omelette which could be freshly cooked on request after a queue. Coin laundry seems to have been added recently, and is located in a corner of the hotel on the 2nd floor. Attached mall had numerous facilities, including a supermarket and a couple of diners that closed at 9. Close location to the Shin-Yokohama station.

Coin laundry location was slightly inconvenient. Hotel lobby seems to be excessively large...but it's not much of a minus point.

The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast and the tub. There was very good variety offered for breakfast including grilled stake. The seating area was very big and comfortable. The tub was very big and had a nice little seating area, and the force of the water was very good. The daily cleaning service service also much appreciated and the staff members were all very cheerful and spoke English, so that was great!

The beds however were very hard for my taste and the room size was very small. However, I forgot to mention the amazing view from the rooms. Due to the circular shape of the hotel, all guests had a very good view especially if you are on the higher floors.

The view from my room was amazing! I Loved the layout of the building and felt everything was kept to a high standard. I chose this hotel because I was attending a Yokohama match at the Nissan stadium and so it was just a 20 minute walk to the ground! Overall, no complaints and I will be back if I attend another game in the future.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel itself but other than going to the football there isn't a lot else to do around the surrounding area.

Shin Yokohama Prince is conveniently close to the ShinYokohama shinkansen/train station as well as the Arena. It was a very short comfortable walk to hotel even with multiple suitcases. Staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous. Close to lots of food places and shopping at station. Love the view of Yokohama and ShinYokohama station!

Pay close attention to the size of the room you book! Japan's rooms are much smaller that the U.S. and that was something we had to get used to so lesson learned. It's more like a Business Hotel with teeny closet and no drawers. I had to book another room since the original room we booked was small even for one person, let alone three. Also, can't do your own laundry here.

Picked this hotel mainly because it’s near the live venue (Yokohama Arena) and there’s limousine bus service( you have to book or buy the ticket at the airport separately). Hotel is located between arena and shin Yokohama station, pretty convenient and lots of restaurants/eateries nearby.

Security can be improved as anyone can take the lifts up to the rooms/restaurants (lift does not require you to tap your room key)

Near the Shin-Yokohama station that allows for a very late check in. We appreciate it greatly after getting in a bit before midnight. We requested a non-smoking room and we received exactly that. As we only stayed for a brief night I cannot comment on other aspect. The breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of variety for a more traditional style Japanese breakfast or a more western style breakfast. Or eat shumai and drink melon soda! I highly recommend it if you don't have a breakfast plan. Check out was a breeze. There was an attendant by the machine helping guide people through the process as well.

We were quite exhausted, but in order to get to the hotel lobby we needed to enter the seemingly closed Prince Pepe mall. It felt like we were trespassing until we saw the welcoming staff.

Good location for a visit in Shin-Yokohama, and close to the railway station to go to other places. Good connection to Haneda airport with train or buss. Breakfast was clearly above average - both western and Japanese style hade a good selection. Fresh made omeletts. Room was pretty standard and in all god. Nice view from most floors and rooms - sky bar at floor 42

The wifi connection to internet was very slow, I had to use the phone, 4G, to be able to work or sync up my phone. It is a big hotel, and whit that comes more people and noise at breakfast - but still ok.

Cleanliness, connectivity, facilities were very Good. Good supportive staffs. Covid protocol was followed strictly.

Internet connectivity was bad. I was not able to connect properly to do office works. Taxi service from hotel was denied and it was difficult for me to carry the luggage till Shin Yokohama station to board a Taxi. Food menu in breakfast was repeating in every alternate days. There could be better options. Chicken option was not there. It was always beef and pork.
