I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The buffet is simply amazing, and the added bonus of enjoying it next to the pool made the dining experience even more delightful. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were the perfect size, providing ample space and comfort for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, and its proximity to the pyramids adds an extra layer of magic to the experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area. In fact, I would recommend it a thousand times over! So happy with my experience, I decided to return and spend another day at the hotel before heading home. It truly was a wonderful stay from start to finish!

We stayed in Cairo for business and the hotel was quite near our customer in Smart Village. What we appreciated most is that the hotel is quite at night, you don't hear the city. The hotel area has a beautiful garden, All rooms are kind of chalets, so not a hotel building, so it feels like a resort. The hotel is just taken over by a new owner, Pyramids by Jaz and the new owner is renovating the properties, they do this renovating during the day, so you have no issues at night. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. Staff is super friendly. Special thanks to Mr Hossam (night Manager), Samer (F.O) and Mohamed (PK). Price was good.

Properties/rooms are bit outdated, which is actually very normal in Cairo, but the new owner is renovating the properties, so I guess this will be resolved soon. One recommendation would be to replace the (not so good) filter coffee with coffee from a expresso machine. Other than that, no negative points. I would stay here again.

All the stuff was very friendly and very helpful. The resort was amazing very clean and tidy. The atmosphere was just wonderful very peaceful and quiet. Food was delicious. Rooms were amazing, fantastic size and VERY clean. Breakfast, wow!! Highly recommend to anyone coming to Egypt, this is a must stay hotel, they will go beyond your expectation. The hotel provides all services from tour guide to helping you to plan your trip. They will also make sure to answer any questions and help you to find best outcome. Pool area, was amazing and very much family friendly. Breakfast by the pool made my morning. I highly recommend this resort to everyone.

We had an exceptional experience with the Front Desk team at the hotel, including Ahmed, Seif, and other staff members. They provided us with great recommendations for things to do in the local area,, helped us with our Wi-Fi connection, and addressed various requests related to our room and local area. Their support made our stay even more enjoyable, and we found them to be incredibly helpful and responsive—a truly fantastic team! My partner had an outstanding experience with the hotel’s spa services. Omnia, the head of the spa, took the time to ask specific questions about his areas of discomfort—particularly at the base of his neck and lower back. She recommended a deep tissue massage, assuring him it would alleviate his pain, and she was right. He described it as the best deep tissue massage he’s ever had, with significant relief afterward. Exceptional service and expertise at the spa! Additionally, Nourhan from Customer Relations reached out with a courtesy call to check on our stay and followed up in person the next day. When we mentioned a minor issue with our room, Nourhan swiftly resolved it, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. The level of service and attention to detail was outstanding. Excellent customer relations all around! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jaz Resort Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, the food was fantastic, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. We did notice that adding some seating outside the front lobby would be a nice touch for guests who want to sit and relax or are waiting for transportation. The spa services were outstanding, and the overall experience left us with wonderful memories. Thank you, Jaz Resort Hotel team! We look forward to returning. We’d also like to mention the convenient free airport pick up service offered through Booking.com. Our driver was waiting upon our arrival at Cairo airport and provided a safe, smooth journey to the hotel.

We liked everything at the hotel

Lovely bar area and pool. The rooms are quite spacious, the suites especially are well worth the upgrade. We really enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the buffet breakfast. Wi-Fi is good throughout all areas and the gym is nice clean and modern. The guest services manager (Alla) was excellent and super helpful.

Nothing, everything was great.

Being my first stay in Egypt, I was overwhelmed by the hospitality offered to me. All the staff were kind, welcoming and offered service beyond expectations. Everyone always checked in to make sure everything was going well with the stay. They asked my plans to see how they could enhance it for me. Breakfast was great - a combination of a continental offering and local delights. The gardens were so pretty too and great to be immersed in. Everything was easy. The location was also easy to connect into the sites which was great. The internet connection was stable too. I would always recommend this stay to anyone wanting to stay in Cairo - thank you!

A quiet haven with beautiful gardens in Cairo’s hectic metropolis This hotel is a hidden gem and it was great to return to after a busy day sightseeing Bed was very comfortable and pillows lovely Pool a good size but not heated Some special thank yous for staff that made our stay good - Mohammad on reception was excellent, polite helpful and great customer service Also Samer on reception was very helpful Afify & Ahmed the lifeguards was so attentive bringing us towels, putting up the umbrellas they were great Waleed in the restaurant was great, he had good English and nothing was too much trouble Mohammad in the bar made an excellent coffee

The rooms a little tired, walls very thin - bathrooms needed moderisation and hairdryer very old. We had breakfast which was ok would have liked more choice of hot such as baked beans, mushrooms, hash browns etc A la carte food nice but needs more choice

Hospitality is perfect, All staff is very supportive, especially Miss Alaa at the reception is very professional in her job and helped in everything !!

It has heater & air conditioner, you may think you won’t need heater in the winter in Egypt but it gets cold at night, mostly because the room has a picture window overlooking the garden. Hotel has a very large and quiet facilities. Most of the Staff is nice and polite. Good supply of toiletries.

When I checked in, the receptionist was not very polite, I do not know, like a little bit rude, just a little bit. The bell boy that took me to the room he was not interested in giving me instructions, my room was like two blocks away from the entrance! we turned left and right like 3 times, he was just walking fast; I had to tell him to wait to take notes. Still he was not interested in giving instructions. On my last night, there some guys from room next door that confused their room and tried to open my door twice, I called reception and that did not happen again. Apart from the receptionist and bell boy from first day; the rest of the staff was really nice and gentle!

The location is fabulous for relaxation out of reach so quite and with great landscape

The health center specially the spa for me needs improvement
