It is close to the airport. The staff is very friendly. It is quiet and clean.

This is 2nd time I have stayed here. There must have been a staffing shortage this time, because I had to unexpectedly stay add another night, and I had to wait 20 minutes to be assisted with this in reception. I noticed that room service carts, plates and glasses were left in the hallway all day. When I did order room service, my breakfast was cold. And the coffee service in my room wasn't well stocked, I had to ask for that. It's a little disappointing considering how much I paid for my room.

The property is beautiful, very clean and offers so many different restaurants and amenities to choose from. But the highlight of the stay was definitely the staff. Ms Jano took such good care of us. She went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and had such a kind and friendly attitude. Ms Jano and Mr Mohammed Ali’s attention to detail made our stay truly unforgettable. Mr Sherif made our daily visits to the pool so much fun. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent. About 5-7 minutes drive from the Cairo International Airport. Easy & fast check-in & check-out. All staff were really amazing and welcoming. always had smiles on their faces. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are cozy. I had a program at Waldorf Astoria and staying at the Cairo Hilton Heliopolis was an excellent choice. The 2 hotels are located in the same building. I only walk through the lobby to get to Waldorf Astoria. The ambiance, serenity, calmness, sparkle cleanliness of the reception and above all the beautiful Egyptian décor captures the whole essence of my 7 days stay. The exotic restaurants on-site was a top notch for me. There were variety of cuisines to settle for if you are the adventurous type plus the cost was really good for a restaurant in a 5 star hotel. I had a great dining experience at the Raj (Indian) and Lan Tania. I was in Cairo when preparations were made to welcome the month of Ramadan and I fell in love with the antique Ramadan décor most especially the little parlor that was created with the the Egyptian carpet, throws, tea setting, incense, shisha and the Ramadan Stand. It was really eye catching as it stood out in the reception because of the vibrant colors and the crescent moon and stars that hung from the ceiling. it was a sight to be hold. The hotel was very close to the City centre & City Stars Malls, where you can shop until you drop dead. The CityStars was really it. about 500 shops of different varieties.

Though my bed was always made by housekeeping, and there were lots of fresh towels at all times, however, the toilet was not cleaned adequately as I expected a 5 star hotel to be. I had to request for another cleaning of the toilet and the housekeeping will say its been cleaned.

My highlight was my massage by the Thai lady in the spa. back and shoulders 30 mins $40 really rejuvenated me! The Italian and the Lebanese restaurants are good and well priced. There is a pub, Chinese and indian restaurant onsite too.

Hilton Cairo Heliopolis is my favourite Hotel to stay at when I come to visit Egypt, it has got variety of Restaurants The lobby of the hotel is amazing many places to sit and relax , outdoor swimming pool is a very nice place to sunbathe and swim , special thanks to the receptionists Engy, Jano, Mohamed Mahanna, and of course special thanks to the butler Ahmed Abdula , definitely recommended this Hotel and of course I will be back

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and I must say, my experience went beyond the ordinary. What stood out the most was the incredible honesty and trustworthiness displayed by the hotel staff, particularly the housekeeper. After checking out and returning home, I received a surprising phone call from the housekeeper. She informed me that I had left some money in the room's locker, which I had completely forgotten about. The fact that she took the time and effort to contact me and return my forgotten belongings speaks volumes about the integrity of the hotel's team. This act of honesty not only saved me from the loss of my money but also left me with a deep sense of gratitude and trust in your hotel, It's rare to encounter such genuine care and responsibility in the hospitality industry, and this experience truly set. Throughout my stay, I also enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, excellent service, and a beautiful ambiance. The staff's commitment to ensuring a memorable guest experience was evident at every turn. In conclusion, I can wholeheartedly recommend Hilton to anyone seeking not only a comfortable and enjoyable stay but also an establishment that values honesty and trustworthiness as core principles. Clean facility, several restaurants to choose from outstanding breakfast with extremely confortable beds, staff is very helpful and respectful. overall plesant experience, if i have chance will stay in same location.

casino is extremely small and treats are not enough, roulette machine has foulty screen but slots are ok to sit on, table games are not crowded, was below my expectations for hilton casino, next time may choose bigger casino/hotel combination.

Lobby is beautiful . Staff specially Ms Rania the desk relation manager was extremely helpful. The restaurants are nice . We ate in two and was decent food . Ms Rania managed to give me interconnected rooms as we were traveling with my two daughters and that was really comfortable

The rooms don’t have a balcony and the window size is very small . The hotel temperature was not well maintained. It was extremely cold and uncomfortable even after switching off the room ac coz outside lobby temperature and corridor temperature were very cold .

I have been very loyal to this hotel for 30 years. It’s the best hotel in Cairo . Spacious grounds and pools with peacocks all around you. I love the pool cabana. Staff and their managers are amazing and polite. Big thank you to Mohammed Ali for making our stay exceptional. Also Ahmed Abdallah. We were showered with complimentary in room treats.
