the hotel has amazing facilities, huge nice garden lobby, spacious rooms and very professional staff.

since it was a soft opening, it didnt have much guests, so we felt like the only ones in the whole hotel; we had to go to Hilton next to it for all the activities and restaurants. the room view was different than what we booked, they didnt have exact view .. the “garden” view was just an in progress garden where you can hear them working on it early morning. I think these comments are not considered very bad since they should be over by time.

my husband and i decided to pay a little extra for the VIP Rosetta lounge. it was worth every penny. The food was absolutely finger-licking delicious. the best prawns i have ever tasted (and i travel a lot). The service was also impeccable . Ramy is a lovely gentleman and his service was top notch. i also especially liked the breakfast restaurant manager. He was very friendly and very considerate in every possible way. location of the hotel is excellent. outdoor pool is heated and clean which is excellent. would definitely always stay here whenever i visit again. thank you so much to everyone at waldorf cairo ❤️

can’t fault it

The staff and service were amazing! The rooms were well decorated, spacious and clean. The location is really good if you want to be in the middle of the city and have malls, shops and night life around you. Overall a very luxurious hotel, maybe the only one not next to the Nile river.

The pool is a bit small for the number of rooms they have. The water pipes in the bathroom made noises but it wasn't bad enough for us to complain. To be fair, when I mentioned it while checking out, the receptionist apologized and said that they would have moved us to another room if I had mentioned it earlier.

I loved the staff that worked there. they work very hard to make you feel welcome. they remember your name and welcome you everytime you enter the hotel Mahmud in particular arranged all the staff in the hotel to welcome me and my wife on our wedding night. it was amazing. some guests were informed too and everyone was there to congratulate us. The area is beautiful and huge. very nice place to take pictures. you get a beautiful room and a nice photogenic lobby. what else would you want? overall this has been my favourite hotel I've stayed in. thank you!

I would like to commend and appreciate the most welcoming and smiling face of Ms. Monica from the reception. Also, I appreciate how they celebrated my birthday. I like the management especially all the staff who is very accommodating, making me feel that I am home away from home, and they were all fully cooperating. I will not forget how you guys welcome me. Also. the breakfast which I had, starting with Chef Alias, Chef Mohammad Ahmed, Chef Abier and most specially the smiling face of Noora Mustafa and Sofia. Thank you to Amena and her staff in room service for the great service. Lastly, thank you to the General Manager, Ms. Dhel. You had an amazing staff with you. Keep it up! Thank you for everyone. I may not remember all the names, but I really do appreciate your excellent service and memorable experience you have provided during my stay (last 19 October - 24 October, 1 November - 7 November).

Part of the room on the desk side table that has lamp that was quite low, it actually hits my head about 2-3 times whenever I stand. Also, the minibar which has complimentary coffee, as the identification of each has not specific. It creates confusion in me.

The property is stunning and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was good and it’s conveniently attached to the Hilton so in terms of dinner and entertainment you’re spoiled for choice without having to even step outside the building(s). The rooms are clean, tidy and so beautifully and tastefully decorated.

The Club Lounge service was poor. The wait staff were slow and inattentive and the food took forever to arrive every time we went there.

The hotel is a real luxurious treat, they will do what makes the guest feel special & royal. We spent our honeymoon at the hotel & it was something i will never forget. The breakfast was nice with many options. The room is huge with everything you need.

The service is the so slow at the restaurant, we ordered eggs which took an hour & the tea took half an hour to come to our table

Brand new, luxurious furnishings and spacious rooms. Staff service levels were exceptional and they saw to our every need. They even prepared a nice birthday surprise (which we had not requested!). Food in the Ayda restaurant was amazing, some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Great location very close to the airport.

A little bit far from downtown Cairo, but that is really more of a plus given how cheap tours / transport is in Egypt and how chaotic the city centre can be.
