The breakfast was good, and the room was overall also very good, the location of the hotel is very central and close to everything.

The bathroom smelled of sewage, which is very unpleasant, and it also looked a bit old. And the value for the price was not the best.

Very nice interior, extremely friendly staff, good selection of food in buffet, cute animals too!

20 minute limit on hot water; bummer that we couldn't see the northern lights!

The people were friendly, and the location was convenient, just a 10 to 15-minute walk to the city centre. There was also a shopping mall nearby for food and souvenir shopping. We arrived in Rovaniemi by plane and took an airport shutle that dropped us off about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. I regretted not taking a taxi, as dragging 20 kg of luggage (four pieces in total: two weighing 23 kg each and two smaller bags) in the winter was quite tricky. I probably took the wrong airport bus as it should have dropped us near the hotel.

The heater was not working at all. Someone came to check it but left, claiming they couldn't do much due to some reason. It was so cold, reaching -4 degrees Celsius at night, with min source of heat. We wore two layers of clothing and stuck hand warmers to our chests to sleep.

The staff was friendly and really helpful. We asked for a quiet room, and they were so kind to make sure we got one. The room was not only very quiet and facing the trees in the backyard, but really nice and cosy. Had everything you need from a hotel room, including a small fridge. The beds were comfortable with snow-white sheets, and warm duvets. We used the sauna, which was very good and spacious. Everything was kept in order at the hotel and very clean. The breakfast was also good, the coffee was great. The hotel is at a short walking distance to the center, with the perk of being located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything you need for a hotel stay.

Perfect travellers hotel. Good breakfast with vegetarian options. Comfortable bed,spacious room. Very near to city center and to Arktikum and Korindum museums. Friendly staff. I noticed there was regular bus service to one of the nearby outdoor skiing centers and many skiiers seemed to be happily staying at the hotel. Probably a 10 minute ride to the skiing center.

The Christmas stars in the windows were kept illuminated all the time so even with the blinded curtains closed there was a bit of yellow light bleeding into the room at night. Also the bathroom drain was partly blocked so the shower water didnt drain so well. Small problem really.

The room was spacious, and our room faced the car park which was probably the better sight to have. Heating didn't appear to have an obvious way to turn down, definitely 30 plus walking in there. Breakfast buffet, we were only there two days, but was repetitive items One of the few hotels away from the centre of town

Location excellent - <10min walk into main part of town. Staff very helpful & friendly. Breakfast was included & many options & food & beverages plentiful. Room satisfactory, bed a little soft for my likely but still comfortable. Shower space a little small but excellent hot water - immediate & water pressure great. I would choose this hotel again.

The location was perfect to explore Rovaniemi and its sorroudings and the hotel was nice, clean and the food fine - we especially liked the breakfast served. We also appreciated that the hotel had a sauna.

The double room was a little bit to the small side with limited space and storage for our suit cases and our Winther clothes, boots etc - Also the bathrrom was rather small - but it was ok, clean etc

Rooms should be ventilated. I initially considereed taking rhe roons in hostel at back but it had unpleasant scent so I took hotel room. On ground floor you could hear people talking in parking lot but that wasn't often.

Excellent location to all amenities , restaurants, fast foods and within walking distance to railway and bus station. Good quality breakfast which is included in the room rates. Dinner was good price. Liana at reception was very helpful to change our room from 1st floor to ground floor as there is no lift facilities in this hotel. We have quite a bit of luggages. Sauna was clean with separate times allocated for male and female. Nice clean room and cosy!
