Very cosy, clean and spacious apartment! More than enough heat, fully equipped with kitchen appliances, drinkable tap water, large TV, electric beds and many more stuff I didn't expect.

The location is a bit underwhelming but that's because Rovaniemi is industrialised. Other than that the apartment is 30'' walk from the main pedestrian precinct. Noise from the nearby bar-club exists but it's not that terrible, light sleepers will be fine with a pair of earplugs.

It is located in the city centre. Very accessible to convenient store. The property is spacious, quiet and has the right temperature to keep you warm inside.

It was quite difficult to locate at first but when we were given instructions, it was just easy to find.

The location is superb. 24hr supermarket just around corner which was lifesaver when we arrived late. Everything was on our doorstop with snow gear rental shop about 200 meters away. Santas city office around corner and bus stop to Santa clause village and also to lapland winter park about 400 meters away. was lovely and warm and so comfortable

Would be good to have a clothes horse for hanging/drying wet snow clothes over night. That said, it's warm so things dried over night over doors etc

I loved everything here. I wasn't expecting anything as I always know that we get what we paid for and it felt like for its amazing facilities, they could charge us more. I wished we stayed longer as we were not able to see the Aurora. There is not much to expect from the host. Housekeepers are polite and all smiling throughout our stay or whenever we saw them.

The key is not within the property. Not really a problem if it's not snowing or you're not tired. They could do better with the process though.

The central locations was nice. Restaurants and everything else in Rovaniemi is pretty close. The room is comfy and the small kitchen is great to prepare some dishes for yourself. there is great coffe shop/resaturant under the flat.

Parking is only available on the street, and it is not always easy to find a close parking spot. when you use the shower in the bathroom, the whole floor will be covered with water. not a deal breaker, but I have seen better solutions.

The apartment is super nice, spacious, and well-equipped. There is a 24 hour marketplace, located just 1 minute walk from the apartment. I had been worried about the night club, located just under the apartment, after reading the comments. However, for us the night club was not a problem - the ear plugs were enough to have a good night's sleep.

This property was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, the apartment had everything we needed. The location is excellent, right in the middle of bars and restaurants, shopping center a few minutes walk away, 24 hour shop beside it and bus for the airport and Santa’s village only a five minute walk away. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would’nt hesitate to book it again if we return to Rovaniemi.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this property

Close to the walking street making it a great location. Shower was hot and great pressure. Comfy beds.

Have to check in at a bar, when we said we wanted to check-in for a booking.com booking the girl had no idea so assumed at wrong spot. Wondering around in the cold, we went back and asked for help and suddenly we were at the right spot when we said Santa's Holiday Home. The invoice even stated booking.com so it was frustrating she didn't know at first.

The place is very complete. The kitchen had everything for us to cook, and it has a supermarket almost at the side of the apartment. Also, the location is very central, it is easy to access and it is close to shops, restaurants, bars and almost all the travel agencies.

It is a little bit noisy since there is club in the ground floor. We found a pan with used oil in the oven, I think they forgot to clean that part (but the rest was fine).

The apartment location is good, and the home was very clean. They even left goodies on the bed ..

Had issues with getting the from a different location.. but overall, all was good.
