Reception Staff were very slow in attending the customers and most of them were not happy about it.

The staff at the property was extremely kind and accommodating. Specifically Adel he was so polite, humble, gentle, respectful and helped with everything I needed during my stay. Adel his customer service was exceptional. There was also great management at this hotel Mariami is a hotel manager who was also really kind, approachable, respectful and helpful throughout our stay she gave us access to a beautiful spa and ensured we were always happy. Mariami has a good management skills and working relationship with me and my 24 friends that were in the hotel who came to celebrate our friend 60th birthday. Originally I was not going to stay but Adel really made me and my large group of 24 to stay in this hotel, because of these two members of staff I would definitely want to return to this hotel and would be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. Mariami and Adel should both be treasured in this company as they made my stay special, overall the hotel has great staff members.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and it exceeded our expectations. The relation price-quality was much better than what we've expected. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, we choose the option with breakfast and dinner and it was an excellent choice. The food is good, with a lot of different options compared to our culture but it was good to try different kinds of food and my kids enjoyed it even if sometimes was difficult to find some non spicy options. They offer free parking, easy to access and we always found some free space to park the car. It was a great experience and all of us enjoyed to stay there.

The pool is not very big and there are no sunbeds, only chairs and some sofas. A not very important detail but that sometimes blocked our meals was the fact that they don't provide extra cutlery and the tables very often were without all the cutlery in place. The location is not central but this was easily solved with renting a car because the hotel offers free parking. Even with some remarks, we give the maximum score because the hotel offers a very fair value for what they offer and we really appreciate staying there.

I had a wonderful stay at Canvas Hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent, conveniently close to shops and a supermarket. The hotel itself is superb and fully met our expectations. Although we encountered a minor issue, the swift and professional response from the staff made everything feel effortless and resolved the matter efficiently. Chapeau to the entire team for their exceptional service!

the kindness of the people: I have to thank you Me Jerome at the concierge for the first tips on Dubai, the chef at breakfast and the all staff, the Indian chef for the Indian cuisine at one of the hotel’s restaurants, at the reception the manager and Mrs Felicia. The cleanness was amazing.

The hotel was great value for money, rooms cleaned every day, amazing food - I especially loved the buffet dinners in the half board package. At the restaurant, Kusum always greeted my 4 year old and I with a warm smile and made sure to tend to our requests promptly. She is a beautiful addition to the staff and I’d love to see her again if I ever come back to this hotel. For housekeeping, Saud was an excellent listener and problem solver. He fixed things quickly and cleaned our room with a lot of care. I stayed in room 425 first week of July. The man looking after the swimming pool (I missed his name - young black man) was another friendly and attentive staff. All staff were lovely but these 3 in particular stood out for us. Location wise, there are some eateries and shops not too far but the main tourist attractions were at least 15 minutes away by taxi which ended up costing a fair bit but if you’re travelling in cooler months you can walk to the nearest metro station and explore Dubai that way. Overall, this was an enjoyable stay and I would definitely come back again.
