The pull out couch and bed were both comfortable, the staff were very friendly and with hot breakfast included it was great value. The room (Queen and sofa) was a modest size, just a little cramped around the sofa bed but enough space for a night or two. The place could use an update here and there, but it was very clean, and we had what we needed for an overnight stay on the road. Considering we got breakfast that was more than just a bagel and the only problems were minor and easily fixed, you really can't beat the price for the economy right now.

Just needs a little maintenance, the toilet paper holder did not fit in its bracket so it fell out and the tv remote needed new batteries but we got it to work. To be fair, the staff were very nice so im sure they would have gotten us new batteries had we asked. Only other thing is that the room doors seem a little big for their frames (could be the hardware impeding them as well); the door needed a little extra effort to close. Nothing major.

The room is spacious and neat. The breakfast was great with a variety of selections. The facility is clean and well maintained. Our experience was great. Would recommend and will stay again.

There wasn't anything I disliked about the facility or my stay. The only thing, there was a large dark stain on the carpet at the door that could have been addressed.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect, on and off the highway easy. The bed was comfortable, room was clean. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone we came in contact with seemed to like their job, rare these days!

The outside needs some attention, the back parking area was very muddy(Raining) no grass

Breakfast was just okay I have had better option Room wasn’t that clean walls and headboard was dirty. Mold in tub and shower head was grimy,tub had small holes at the bottom on the outside where caulk was. Tile was knocked off it was still attached but unsightly , toilet tissue holder was broken tissue was on the sink. Ice bucket was dirty.it just needs a little tending to.

Staff was friendly, we were traveling from out of state and was in a accident so we were stuck in Gastonia and had no idea where we were or what was around and couldn't get a rental car until two days later because of a relief concert was going on and there was no rentals available, the staff was super helpful and friendly

staff is cheerful, helpful and really very nice, even just passing them in the hallway, they were cheerful greeters.

our room was across from the laundry room where the maids work and they were enjoying each other with lively chatting which is refreshing to see due to so many people are grumpy at work and don't like their co-workers...these folks seem to really enjoy working together BUT their chatter and laughter was a bit loud, especially in the early morning when we were trying to sleep in a little.

I was very satisfied with the whole place. I usually stay at Comfort, Kings Mountain, which I love, but I think I'll be coming there for a while to just relax. Very spacious too.All in all I would recommend your place to all people I know coming to Gastonia

It’s so close to great spots and was very affordable. The shower pressure was nice and the water was hot.

The carpets need some stain removal, there are rust spots around the bathrooms, and the shower head could be disinfected for the pink mold. Mostly regular wear and tear but not too bad.

The hosts that was on duty the afternoon that I checked in was fabulous she was very helpful,polite and courteous, it was my Birthday and she made it delightful, I definitely expressed my appreciation for her kindness and hospitality.

The parking lot had a good amount of lighting, and is off the main road a bit so it feels more secure. the building was clean, and the pair and appearance of the building was nice. The lobby and halls were well kept and clean, not trash or questionable stains. We stayed in a king room, and it was very spacious for the price. the bed was really comfortable, and it did not have that typical hotel smell.

It does need some updating, like many hotels. The carpets for sure should be replaced in the halls. They had several pillows on the bed, however 3 would equate to maybe one normal pillow, they were very thin.
