I usually don’t rate hotels but show my gratitude directly to the staffs by giving generous tips This team are just wonderful, warm, generous and so professional.

The loud, rude clients of the 5 th and 6 th floor .. they break don’t close theirs doors, they make the walls shake, they run in the rooms above our heads in the middle of the nights and at dawn .. shame on them and should be banned for traveling to civilised countries .

Our room was enjoyable and extremely comfortable. We were put near our friends which was an optional request. The bar at the hotel was beyond amazing and bar service was fantastic.

It was great that breakfast was included, but it really wasn't good at all. Barely refilled and not watched after. Actually missed it one morning and was was hoping the hotel wouldn't charge us for the bread basket, but did..hours and assortment should be expanded and better cared for.

A beautiful hotel, in an amazing location. My room was stunning, very quiet, fabulous bed. Toiletries in the bathroom were cheap for the quality of the hotel.

The front desk experience was bad on a number of occasions. I was simply ignored while standing there and I was treated like an inconvenience. If I am paying this amount of money for a hotel, the service needs to be good. I have no complaints about the hotel itself, beautiful in an amazing location, but the staff let it down a little bit. I hate complaining, but the front desk attitude left a lot to be desired.

Staff at breakfast and bar not the most friendly. I asked for mint for my drink and they scoffed at me and after brought me a glass of old almost completely dried out mint. Not acceptable for a 5 start hotel!

We loved our stay at Le Burgundy in Paris. The location of the hotel is amazing and the rooms were clean and very quiet. The staff were attentive and courteous. Going for a swim in the pool after a long day of walking through the city was a highlight!

our air conditioning was not cold enough. the main complaint was the breakfast - which for an expensive 5 star hotel was very poor and badly managed. many items on the buffet were empty or finished and had not been replaced. this is not acceptable. also mistakes were made with drinks orders and people were complaining about long delays with eggs. whoever was in charge of breakfast management probably needs sacking! it spoilt the whole experience.

Location of the hotel is perfect, right off of rue Saint-Honoré, which is the nicest part of the city. Lovely shops, restaurants and cafes all right outside the hotel. Would highly recommend staying in this area.

We ate breakfast one morning at the hotel but it was not great. We went out for breakfast the rest of our mornings. Overall great facilities and concierge couldn't be more helpful with making reservations and suggestions
